Dr. McGuire is a great doctor my complaint is not with her at all. She is very knowledgeable and understanding. My issue is with her office and how they handle situations. I have been trying to get a hold of someone at their office for a couple of days regarding my daughters headaches. I was trying to figure out if she was having an adverse reaction to a medication that she put her on. She is not a kid who just lays down even she is sick. She was sick on the couch for two days before I had enough and took her to the emergency room. I have called and sent several messages and all they did was read them and blame it on a technical issue. I call again to say I want her records and I get a call back within 20 minutes. I find it odd that I couldn't get ahold of them for important medication question but the second I want her records I get a phone call. Dr. McGuire is great, her staff and how they handle situations is what I have an issues with. If they would have simply sent a message back saying that we are busy but we see you have messaged/called but we will get this addressed would have been perfectly fine. I had to take my daughter to the emergency room due to their lack of communication. Dr. McGuire is a great doctor my complaint is not with her at all. She is very knowledgeable and understanding. Dr. McGuire is extremely knowledgeable and explains, in detail, all procedures & medications. She is firm but very friendly with a great bedside manner. The passion for her field shows through the amazing care she extends to her patients.
