I was in alot of pain in the sciatica nerve and apparently I was lop sided she made everything go back into place. Feeling wonderful now

Made an appointment. When I went, She never answered the door. Wouldn't answer the phone and never called back. Not very professional.

Love this place

This was my first time going to a chiropractor and I was very pleasantly surprised. Dr. Shannon is excellent and her staff was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Shannon. I found new hope for my chronic pain.

I have been with Dr Shannon since 2003... I was in severe pain for years... Dr Shannon started taking to me about raw foods and importance of greens in our diets. At first I was rejecting her ideas....I eventually started buying the products (vitamins and greens ) from her office .. 2011- I was diagnosed with stage 4 non Hodgkin’s lymphoma... doctors told me incurable .. I continued to get chiropractic adjustments AGAINST my oncologist orders ... 2013 I needed a bone marrow - stem cell transplant ... Recovering from that was extremely hard ... They wipe out your immune and blood to give me a donors...so recovering starts at 1% I could go days and not be above 1%.. It took maybe a week to get to 2% of my life back ... Complete exhaustion for MONTHS I noticed ... I would go to Dr Shannon for an adjustment , and immediately after the swelling in my legs would instantly start to move out.. Dr. Shannon’s always says “Getting an adjustment is so important to your ALL your bodies different systems -to perform normally - It’s like you turn on the light switch for your body !“ I started to see that was so true.. An adjustment would help my immune system .. I would leave Inbalance Chiropractic and would have gained a whole percent - of my life back .. Something I could not do on my own - not thru raw foods or the super foods I was currently eating .... There was nothing I could do to gain energy - but get adjusted.. Dr Shannon worked with me because times were tough ...so I felt it wasn’t “all about the money “ I cannot thank her enough ... I don’t know where I would be today if she hadn’t cared and pressed me about my diet .... Today I make vitamins ... I’m growing the foods to dehydrate and capsule for anyone sick ... There is heath war against humanity - with all the processed foods and chemicals we ingest.. I was totally asleep to this prior to Dr Shannon .. Dr Shannon can see the “bigger picture “ way sooner than most ... She’s very educated in foods and exercise and the human body ... Thanks Dr Shannon for your passion —- it’s contagious ! Dr. Shannon has been busy for several years trying to convince my spine to stay in line, where it belongs. She has taught me that proper spinal alignment is very important for the body’s ability to heal itself, and even for one’s emotional health. My experience bears this out. I am grateful for her help in my healing process, for the extra services and educational resources she provides to patients, and for the fact that she is a “safe person” to be around on those especially tough days. I have known Dr. Williams for many years and have always thought very highly of her character and her caring demeanor. Recently, the treatments I have received has provided me everything I was hoping it would. She sees each person as an individual and not a case number and to be treated in the same fashion all the rest.

We love Dr. Shannon. I'm a pianist and I had a finger that was injured for two years until I went to Dr. Shannon. Now my finger works and I can play piano again. She has helped us many times with various injuries and pain. The atmosphere is very caring. Highly recommended.

In March 2016, I was leaving a near by business when I saw the sign for Inbalance Chiropractic. On a whim, I decided to drop in and check the place out. After meeting with Dr. Shannon, I felt comfortable enough to begin some much needed treatments. I consider this one of the luckiest days of my life. After years of depression, my posture was horrendous from slouching and not really caring about my health and well-being. (My height actually shrunk and inch since my 30's because of this.) In the past seven months, Dr. Shannon has not only helped me physically, her emotional support has helped me as well. I was so impressed with the results I had, I started working for her in June 2016. Being there on a daily basis, I have seen some amazing results from her treatments. On a couple occasions, the patients were barely able to walk from the front door to the exam rooms. By the end of the week, they still had some pain, but were able to walk close to normal (and they were smiling!!). Mind you, chiropractic medicine is not an "instant cure". Your body needs time to heal itself and periodic adjustments help keep your body aligned. I try to get an adjustment at least twice a week as it helps me with my workouts at the gym. Dr Shannon is an awesome chiropractor to say the least. I have been a patient of hers for at least two years now and I will go no where else. She's been able through her treatments to keep my body in check with it self. I would recommend her to anyone!

I have known Dr Shannon for many years. She is not only a fellow Christian, but is also a great friend and does great adjustment work. She goes the extra mile and is very professional and an excellent listener. She really listens to the needs of her patients. I also worked for her part time so I guess you can say I know her pretty well. She also has credentials up on her walls and she also provides nutritional and supplemental products and advice. I didnt hurt until i went there,she tells you what you want to hear,very very unprofessional always late,makes you wait because she is not there. She also cant be trusted!!!

Will never go back, noticed that staff used electrical stimulation electrodes for multiple people on me , told them they are for single patient use only, which they acted like they didn't know, however instructions for use are on every packet. Horrible.

This chiropractor is extremely manipulative. She will trick you to do things you are not comfortable with. Stay away. I wish I could give her zero stars. Furthermore, the person who gave her a good review is probably a family member or friend.

Dr. Williams is amazing. I can't believe how much she is helping me! And how much she has helped my two adult daughters and some of my grandchildren. I also have many friends who speak very highly of her. I recommend her to everyone!!
