I went to her during my pregnancy to get help getting my diabetes under control, after the visit I left in tears. Tried three times to get an appointment, once in person. Front desk people were so rude, never got a call back to schedule an appointment.

Dr. Lakhian use to be one of the best doctors I knew. Now, she doesn’t go over your information with you and if you should report any of her staff she will take it on you. I had it done to me. Dr. Lakhian and her staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond to help explain and care for their patients.

Dr Lahkian has provided me with excellent care for the past 5 years. She takes her time, listens carefully and acts when needed.

I give her 5 stars! I have been a patient for many years. No one has ever been rude to me in any way and I would not care if they were. The knowledge and expertise of this Doctor is second to none in this area.

Dr. Lakhian is one of the most professional and knowledgable doctors I have ever met. I would recommend her highly to anyone seeking help with endocrine issues. Her office and staff are also excellent. We are fortunate to have specialists like Dr. Lakhian in our area.

Dr. Lakhian shows how much she cares about her patients in every visit. She always enters the room with a smile and listens to whatever I say. She's awesome.

Dr. Lakhain is a no nonsense doctor and wants her patients to follow her instructions so hopefully they will do well. When her patients are during well it makes her look good (like a teacher wanting her students to do well). She will work with you in trying not to prescribe unnecessary medication. I would recommend her to family and friends.

I found Dr. Lakhian to be very amicable and she addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions. Hopefully, I will be able to be her patient again now that the Veterans CHOICE program may allow me to do so. I would love if E.A.D. could start seeing veterans. I give Dr. Lakhian 5 stars!

The worst doctors experience I have ever had. Not only were was the lady at the front desk rude they had 0 compassion. I arrived at 9.45 for a 10am I was rudely informed that o should have been there 15mins before. I explained I did not know that and no one had given me those instructions. I just received a voicemail saying please confirm the time and date which I did. I explained that I had been waiting for a month and a half and that I was feeling sick. Nothing was done.i was given another appointment that was a month out. I cried and explained that I couldn't wait that long. Rude and inconsiderate. You are better off going to another doc oh and you get a 15 min slot to see the " doc". Any doc or doctor"s office who has no compassion will not answer your questions. I was there to see doc S.k laikhan. Very very rude ppl at the front desk. I don't understand why you work there if u cannot be nice like get another job. Dr. Lakhian was a fine doctor and her office has some great diabetes educators. My experience with the office staff at Endocrine Associates has been terrible. I was not told that they no longer carry my insurance until two office visits later and was given a $500+ bill. Every person I talked to in the office was rude and was quick to pass me to another employee or answering machine (Even before I owed them money). I would NOT recommend this office to anyone. Worst office staff I have ever met.

I had a very bad experience with this dr. She has horrible bedside manners . I've been through several hardships ( losing both my parents and my only daughter to cancer ) making the move down here from South Texas was not easy either . She made my visit even more miserable . There are plenty of Drs out there that take pride in what they do and don't make you feel as i if they are the one and only available in their expertise . I sure appreciate all my Drs past and present , sadly not this one

After radioactive iodine treatment Dr. Lakhian did not catch my thyroid when it was back within normal range I have now spent 2 years unsuccessfully trying to bring it back up to normal range and was discharged from her office without any notice at all. I was a cash patient forced to buy a $350 medication I couldn't even take because they overlooked my liver problems that they diagnosed in the first place. They destroyed my health then refused to see me as a patient. Worst experience of my life.

She guided me through hyper and hypo thyroidism, during 2 separate pregnancies, including twins. She's always willing to listen, and treats you as if she has all the time in the world.

Dr. Lakhian and her stuff are very friendly and helpful, they had always made me feel being taking care of. I trust them very much. The only negative thing I had sometimes experienced was the wait could be a bit long.

Dr Lakhian is the most caring and thorough endocrinologist in Dallas. I could not be happier with her.

I have been seeing Dr. Lakhian for over 10 years. She has always treated me with care and compassion. I feel like the level of medical care I receive is excellent and that Dr. Lakhian stays current with the latest treatment options.

Dr. Lakhian is very knowledgeable and the office environment is nice. Wait time is unacceptable. My wait was always 30 minutes for the first one in the morning. My husband usually waited over an hour for an afternoon appointment, and had to leave once without being seen because he had to get back to work. They still charged us for our co-pay & I had to call them to request it be refunded. When i mentioned my husband's wait time to Dr Lakhian, she said that's good, wait is usually 2 hours!

Dr. Lakhian is a very warm and wonderful doctor. She will spend all the time necessary to explain all your medical issues and solutions to you. She truly cares about you and your health.

She recommended an excellent surgeon when I needed thyroid surgery. Have never needed an urgent appointment. Have recommended her to friends.

I saw Dr. Lakhian for several years, during which I had to wait 30 minutes to an hour each time. Additionally, the doctor finally dismissed me because I complained about being rescheduled days before an appointment I had scheduled months in advance. Finally, the office refused to renew a prescription, but continues to call me to schedule appointments despite my having asked them not to! Getting through to anyone at the office is a chore due to their answering system.

I was a patient there for two years. The doctors are smart and extremely well versed in their areas, however, doctors and staff are snotty and very condescending. You will get excellent medical treatment, just don't expect to receive any "customer service" with it.
