Dr. Shams Iqbal

The office staff flat out refused to provide a doctor's note for school for my son. It was incredibly unprofessional! Furthermore, the office is only open for allergy shots three days a week, the wait times are long, and the office itself is dilapidated. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Saved my life and found out my illness mo other doct could. Love him and his staff

We arrived at 10:30am to fill out paperwork; an hour after our appointment start time of 11:00am we still had one more patient ahead of us. We got called in at 12:05pm and continued to wait until 12:30pm to see the doctor. We finally left at 1:15pm. I called my insurance company to verify what they charged us (20% of the total cost) and we were notified that they are doing Balance billing which is illegal in the state of California! My insurance got them to refund me what they over charged.
