Dr Chhabria is a good doctor. Had an issue with billing so I suggest you save your receipts. Other than that i had a great experience.

Unprofessional overall place. Literally don't bother. Neurologist has no knowledge besides excuses for everything. I don't understand how someone who has muscle spasms during sleep has an attention problem. That's what I was told! And yes wait times with appointments are ridiculous!

Dr Chhabria is a great Dr she is very focused on a problem and tends to fix it. Her staff in the other hand needs fixture I got recommended by a friend and she told me they have nice people but now I was told new staff the medical assistant very rude and always rolling eyes receptionist kind and very quiet.

Very nice Dr and staff! Exceptional!

Prescribed my 2 year old DOUBLE the medication that she needed. Good thing I caught it before getting her the meds because she could have overdosed. The doctor blamed me for my daughter's medical problems. The wait times were RIDICULOUS (1+ hour) and her staff were incompetent workers. Decided to go to a REAL neurologist and my daughter was misdiagnosed and the tests results normal and have been normal. So my daughter took meds (with side effects) for no reason.

Fantastic neurologist, no wait times, flexible scheduling.

The receptionist was very nasty had a very nasty attitude towards my mother who had a stroke seems as though she does not like her job

Horribly inept staff! Huge revolving door as far as front desk help. If I could tell any veteran and anyone to not waste their time her I would. I wasted time, days off, insurance and residual bills from dicking around with this SHAM of a office. I was trying to acquire an increase in my VA disability rating due to chronic migraines, PTSD and missing days of work by seeking an increase in my % rating. The first asst hosed up my MRI scheduling and insurance was billed. The second asst who replaced the first everytime you call, she says PLEASE HOLD and never comes back to line. You call back, please HOLD. I HAD a cutoff date of 03.07.17, she says let me run some test and after I get your MRI results I'll write the letter accordingly. So she schedules these 10K test a POP. It's now May 18, 2017 and to date no call back until I chewed the unprofessional inept asst in a very professional manner today 05.18.17. So ass dr calls today leaves a message as though I'm upset for no reason. What a freaking waste of time dealing with this. And many people told me the follow up was horrible. I give people the benefit of the doubt. This was a HUGEEE MISTAKE! Please don't patronize this place. Your paperwork, patience and time is not worth it. I am filing a complaint asap with the BBB, AMA, and the VA. I missed my cutoff for my disability packet in March 07, 2017 and a begged for new date in April 2017. No empathy! No follow up! Dr was okay but her staff has the worse attitude and are very unhelpful and treat you very unkindly. My son was ordered an eeg at condell and they didnt give me instructions at all or tell me where to go. Very unclear and rude acted like we didn't matter at all. My son was very uncomfortable and he never should have felt like that.

I would give this place a 0 if this would let me. I am writing this review on behalf of my mother. DO NOT GO TO THIS "NEUROLOGIST" - My mom was referred to this office by her general physician. I can go on and on about everything that is wrong with this place of business. Wait times are atrocious. I have had to wait 2 hours with my mom, in a small waiting room full of people who are booked at the same time while the reception staff is giggling and unconcerned and the doctor is in her office meeting with sales people. My mom's insurance is billed $450 per visit for the doctor to ask her how she's feeling and just say, "Ok, see you next month." No work performed. Not even eye contact. The office staff is unprofessional and have a horrible time sending documentation to insurers and benefits (they bill right away, though!). They charge $25 for sending a fax, which they fail to send, blaming the fax machine for being out of service. They do not keep copies of fax confirmations, which boggles my mind, since working with medical documents require a high degree of organization and documentation. I did my mother the favor of cancelling her upcoming appointment and will be calling the insurance company to share my concerns and ask for a new neurologist. Dr. Chhabria was most helpful with treatment of my daughter's condition. She was my daughter's attending physician while she was hospitalized, but continued to be attentive to her medical needs following my daughter's discharge from the hospital. Thank you to everyone on staff for being so helpful.

0% Hosed up my MRI appt. Never called me for follow up after I corrected the MRI scheduling and I work in Chicago. I called 8 times since March 7th, 17. The first sec moved to a new job, the 2nd sec seems to be overwhelmed and then another assistant. I missed both my March and April cutoff for paperwork to be in with the VA! I called today 05.18.17 and 05.17.17 and Dr STILL has not returned calls but I received invoices 4 days after seeing her. What a waste of time, effort and insurance.

Staff proves poor service. They act like they don't want to be bothered.

My visit with the Doctor was ok. But trying to get a call back from the receptionists was IMPOSSIBLE. I was trying to resolve an Invoice that they repeatedly were billing me for, that in fact had already been paid ( twice). So for almost 2 weeks time I was told that they would get back to me and they NEVER do. In total, I had placed about 5 calls. Very frustrating in a very simple matter.
