Dr. Shai Moshe Pri-Paz

I just had my first visit with Dr. Pri-Paz and he was great! He was so thorough and took his time explaining everything to me. He even explained tests and such that will be done further down the line in my pregnancy. One thing I loved about Dr. Pri-Paz was that he didn’t bring up over and over again that my pregnancy is considered high risk. He didn’t decide beforehand that because I’m considered high risk that I have to have a C-Section. He was awesome and I feel absolutely comfortable being in his care for my husband and my first child. So far, so great!

Dr. Pri Paz is knowledgeable and extremely detailed with providing care. He has excellent people skills and can communicate at all levels. He allows his patients to choose without any judgement. He’s great.

He is so professional, caring and very thorough. I am seeing him again for my second pregnancy. Everyone in the office is very nice as well.

Trust Dr. Pri-Paz completely. There’s no one else I’d rather have see my through my pregnancy & deliver my baby. His knowledge, bedside manor, thoroughness & humor, as well as kindness, makes him my only choice both the first time and now during my second pregnancy. So grateful for him!

Amazing doctor who delivered 2 of my kids via c-section

Dr Pri Paz is the most incredible and skilled Doctor! His extremely calm and professional demeanor made each visit throughout pregnancy pleasant. He validated each question and concern and told me what to look out for. He stayed through out the entire birth process even though he wasn’t on call. When I experienced postpartum challenges, he returned my call and followed up with an office visit. I highly recommend using him!

Dr.Pri-Paz is by far one of the best and most knowledgeable gyn/mfm doctor I’ve ever met. Although he is a very busy doctor he never rushes through my weekly appointments. He’s always takes the time to listen and answer all my questions. With my high risk pregnancy he’s done everything he can for me to get to 28th weeks. If I were seeing another doctor I don’t think I the outcome would be the same. The travel is well worth it if your trying to have a healthy baby!

Dr Pri-Paz took very good care of me throughout my pregnancy and delivery. He was very attentive to any concerns that I had and always provided me with reassurance. Everyone in the MFM office and on labor and delivery floor was amazing and really contributed to the excellent quality of care that I received. Strongly recommend!!

Dr. Pri Paz is a very kind, knowledgeable and easy going physician. I am currently in my 8th month of pregnancy and my experience with him has been wonderful thus far.

i was super impressed on my first visit with Dr. Shai Pri-Paz. He was very informative, offering all the information i wanted to know before i even had a chance to ask them . in addition i only waited about 5 minutes in the waiting room which was a really nice change from my previous Dr.'s office.

Answers all my questions clearly; has my safety and well being at heart. While other doctors told me to get abortion, he was confident this was not necessary and now I have a beautiful baby.

I met Dr. Pri-Paz in preop on the day of my surgery. He was condescending and even mocked me (“I heard you were very calm”) for having questions for him and his resident prior to my case. Instead of feeling confident, I went into the OR crying. After my case, I asked him how he felt it went and his response was a mere “well we won’t know until your delivery”. If you need any shred of support or reassurance during a high-risk pregnancy, Dr. Pri-Paz is not your guy.

Dr . Pri Paz was my doctor for my first born and he was such an excellent doctor. He managed my thyroid health closely with my then endocrinologist and covered all my many, many questions never making me feel rushed. To this day I recommend him to everyone. His practice made my pregnancy memorable and he is simply the best!

Dr. Pri-Paz is the most gentle and caring doctor i have ever met. After going through 4.5 years of IVF and countless doctors, when i met Dr. Pri-Paz I knew i was in good hands. Hes attentive, patient, caring, gentle and smart. He delivered my first child with the utmost care and compassion and i am now under his trusted care again for my second! I recommend Dr. Pri-Paz above ALL else! HE IS THE BEST!!!

Experiencing a high risk pregnancy with your first child can be scary and not having the best Ob team can make it worst. This is why I chose Dr.Pri-Paz and his team for this pregnancy. He was attentive to all my concerns and what ever I didnt understand he explained thoroughly. I feel like my child and I are in the greatest hands!!

Dr. Pri Paz is hands down the best doctor I’ve had. As a woman of color who had to shop around for good quality healthcare with my pregnancies - he was by far the best. I never felt rushed, or left with unanswered questions - he called to discuss test results before I even saw them. He had the perfect mix of nurture and knowledge. Though there were last minute concerns with my medical condition, he made me feel he had it covered - my husband and I never felt scared. I was in good caring hands all the way.

First time visit in this office. I didn’t wait for a long time in the waiting room to be called. Dr. Pri-Paz took his time to get all the important information from my previous pregnancies before we moved forward. He was very thorough which I like! He’s my first male doctor and he made me feel so comfortable and safe.

Doctor Pri-Paz delivered my 2nd baby and will also deliver my 3rd which is due in January. He is the best doctor I have ever had in my life. I have been in all 3 of my pregnancies in a high risk pregnancy, and he is very supportive and very great in comforting you when you feel your worst. He patiently listens to everything that's in your concern and always helps with lots of advise. Dr. Pri-Paz has a lot of knowledge and is the greatest at delivering a baby. I am not planning another baby, but if I would than he would be the one to take care of me again. I have recommended many people to him and will forever do so.

Best OBGYN doctor for high risk pregnancy. I’ve Known Dr. Pri Paz for 4 years, I googled for a doctor that was experience with women that had too many miscarriages and didn’t know the cause to it.He diagnosed me with Short Cervix.Dr. Pri Paz guided me with all the proper steps to make this pregnancy successful, he stitched my Cervix at 23 weeks and provided me with weekly progesterone shots.The Lord used him in a very special way, I now have 2 little boys that were under his care. I’m blessed to have meet him and I would definitely recommend him to any women that have struggled with several miscarriages.My family loves Dr. Pri paz.

Dr. Pri-Paz has made my high risk pregnancy with twins the most amazing experience. Through out my entire pregnancy he kept me informed of specific issues that could arise in twin pregnancies. I was monitored so closely through out my pregnancy and it really helped me feel at ease. My boys were born at 36 weeks and extremely healthy with no complications. I’m extremely thankful for Dr. Pri-Paz and will be sure to have him for my next baby. His staff and office are also amazing. Everyone is highly recommended.

The best OB doctor at Cornell for me, listens to pt’s, wonderful bedside manner, background and education not just book smart but thinks outside the box too when needed, I am a midwife and probably the only doctor I would go with and all due to my previous experience and now my pregnancy number 2 I am still with him. Thank you Weil Cornell and Dr. Pri-Paz for everything.

Dr. Pri Paz is the best doctor I have ever had the privilege of seeing. He delivered all three of my children following pregnancies that ranged from extremely high risk (placenta accreta) to pre-eclampsia to routine. He is compassionate, never rushes patients, and extremely accessible. He is a skilled doctor and surgeon and is abreast of cutting edge medical knowledge and techniques. His office runs incredibly smoothly and all members of the staff respect him. I will truly miss being his patient now that my childbearing days are over.

Good experience after all

Initially, He seemed to provide a good standard care of me, and had a good bedside manner. For the most time of my pregnancy, and, when I was doing well, he was very nice to me. However, when I got really sick during my last month of the pregnancy, he, simply, disappeared, and did not seem to care at all. First, I was sick with a terrible flu, was admitted, and treated by some students, who send me back home in a terrible condition just weeks prior to my delivery. Dr. Pri-paz did not seem to care much. Secondly, when I was already overdue for 10 days, Dr. told me that he would induce me in couple of days (“on coming Monday”). Oh, well, I went into labor Friday morning, and he was nowhere to be found. Where is he? Oh, well, it’s a Jewish Passover, so he was nowhere to be found, and I was left in the hands of another stranger who took a horrible care of me.. I will never go back to him. He did NOTHING for me when I needed him the most on 2 occasions, and he did not seem to care.

he has a good review but HORRIBLE in fact. He doesn't care your concern. He always let you wait long and never apologize. He will send you unnecessary test and bill you because he is too busy to spend time for you. He let a student to perform the surgery even though I asked not to do. eventually the surgery went wrong and caused lots of complication! If you want to take care of your body and your new born baby STAY AWAY from Dr. Pri-paz. I don't write review but the hospital and Dr.Pri-paz dismi

Dr . Pri Paz is wonderful . While you may have to wait occasionally to see him, it's definitely worth the wait. He's very tuned in to you as a patient and to you never feel rushed. He delivered my beautiful little girl in Jan. Second c- section which went as smoothly as my first. Not even a painkiller necessary!! Great Dr. along with a great hospital. The best!! Know you're in great hands!!

The doctor is friendly and knowledgeable, but: 1. I had trouble getting timely appointments towards the end of my pregnancy when I had to come in more often. I resorted to scheduling the next 2 or 3 appointments in advance to avoid this. 2. I had an issue related to delivery that I wanted to see him about. However his policy is to only see patients during pregnancy and up to 60 days post delivery. Other doctors I talked to expressed surprise about the fact that he was not willing to see me

He is very professional and caring. I was nervous having a male doctor at first but he made my pregnancy very easy

For me, the perfect doctor. Kind, caring, but straight to the point and doesn't waste time. I have nothing negative to say and he was my doctor since the beginning of my pregnancy. He's the best.

He is gracious. He takes the time to answer all questions. He listens and allows his patients to make decisions without pressure or judgement. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to care for his patients. I wish he could be my PCP. He was one of the best parts of my maternity, and I feel incredibly blessed to have found him. More than that, the nurses in his office are fantastic. I wish I could properly thank them for their friendliness and courtesy.
