Great Dr., staff and a very clean office

My office visit with Dr. Shahnam Shifteh was positive all around. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was friendly. Both Dr. Shahnam Shifteh and the Michelle the hygienist were professional and have excellent communication skills! I would recommend this dentist office!

Huge fan of this practice. Friendly, accommodating, and make you feel comfortable as a patient. Not a huge fan of dentists, but I know I’m in great hands and confident I’ll walk out knowing it wasn’t as bad as I thought. Highly recommend this practice to all.

Shifteh said a tooth under a 7 tooth bridge was servery infected and had to be pulled immediately. He sent me to an Oral Surgeon. The Surgeon said it was a major job involving a number of implants but refused to talk to me, saying my Dentist wanted to talk to me first. One month and 7 phone calls later, he still hasn't spoken to me. The receptionist is always telling me he's busy and will call you back. He never does. Seems he really doesn't care about his patients.

Dr Shifteh and his entire staff is excellent, very professional and thorough. I will definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family.

The entire experience is 5 star. Dr Shifteh is a consummate professional and his staff is well trained, professional with superb client relation skills. Truly a pleasure! Latest technology, spotless conditions in an open airy office. Recommended to family and friends and everyone is so pleased. Highly recommend!!
