I'm a lifetime Florida resident of 49 years a very rude staff dishonest and they're leaving me in terrible pain for no good reason at all they won't even give a reason why they won't book an appointment I think something's wrong with their staff and it's a shame when I didn't come up with the money to pay for it cuz I thought it was going to use my Dad's credit card she freaked out she was shaking very shady Beware.. please read. Wish I read the reviews before calling this place. Kathy, it appears you've done it again. Dr. Weiner, take a look at all the bad reviews and find the common denominator. Kathy, you're not the doctor, don't try to diagnose potential patients over the phone and give outrageous costs prior to them being seen by the doc (this should have been my first and last red flag). Also don't threaten patients that you will give their appointments to someone else because they missed one phone call to confirm their appointment. Suggestion for you Dr. Weiner: It's 2021 and maybe a simple text message with a response to confirm would work for the majority of us (like every other office does) instead of a phone call from Kathy the Killer of potential profit, for your business. Great atmosphere Dr Weiner is the best! He is the best for a root canal. However the Office Manager “Kathy” is very RUDE and unprofessional!!

This office has HORRIBLE customer service!!! Absolutely will never refer to anyone! Kathy was extremely rude and unprofessional from the minute she answered the phone. Will not be going back to this office again!!

My husband left the place After the lady didn’t even want to listen what he needs and what is the issue before she see the money. And this is after he already paid $3000 for their services. It’s all about the money there. They wanted credit card up front before diagnostic. My husband told her he is trying to explain the issue nicely and to please listen but she wanted money first. Wonderful Experience for my Nervous Mother! My Mom was very anxious about having to get a root canal - who wouldn’t be?! It was a Friday and she was in a lot of pain and I didn’t want her to have to go through the weekend like that. We were able to get a same day appointment, 7:30pm on a Friday night!! Even though it was a late appointment...Not once was there a sense of - “lets hurry up and get this done”. From the moment we walked into the office ....you could feel a sense of calm! The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere was so comfortable. The cozy blanket they placed over my Mother (during the procedure) was so calming and comforting for her. They even called the next day to check on her. It’s the little things that matter to you when you’re in an undesirable situation. I never saw the Dentist. The woman in charge of money is the worst. I was told my appt was 1:50 so i showed up early to do paperwork . to find out that my appt was at 2pm they said 1:50 so i would be early. strike one. After there almost 40 minutes and being told 3 times the cost its all about the money there. They wanted my credit card up front before I was diagnosed. I was angry at being lied to about everything then this girl who is an assistant piped in going haven't you ever been at a drs office are they ever on time. If you have people that lie in your office and you care about money only. As the daughter of a dentist who in my estimation is one of the tops, I give Dr Weiner who I went to for a root canal more than 5 stars!!! His whole staff was A mazing and he was perfect! I am usually the worst patient for a dentist but I felt I was going to a spa for teeth if that is even possible! Thanks so much to all of you! They have very friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. They made me feel so comfortable, as if I were at home. They came highly recommended and I can see why. My procedure went well , with minimal pain and swelling afterward. This is a great office and I will send my friends and family.

Dr Weiner performed an emergency root canal on me after 5:00 during the COVID 19 crisis. I was very impressed with him and his staff! They were expedient, thorough, attentive to maintaining a sterile environment and professional with kindness. I can’t say enough as to how wonderful my root canal experience was!!

Worst experience ever they make you wait. Make sure you know the cost as the remind u constantly and want your credit card before the dentist even sees you.

I was so thankful and impressed that Dr. Wiener stayed after hours to do an emergency root canal redo. I was in incredible pain, he was very thorough explaining everything and did an excellent job. Although today is his day off, he called to make sure that I was doing good. Very impressed.

I was nervous just because I had bad experiences in the past. However Dr. Weiner and his staff took their time to explain in detail about the procedure. The staff made sure I was comfortable before He started the root canal. I was very satisfied!

The best dental office I've ever been to. I was seen at my appointment time and the staff was very pleasant and hospitable. I hate going to dentist but they made me feel so comfortable that it changed my outlook.

I had a complicated root canal due to .ong roots and crossing of the roots. Dr. Weiner was extremely focused, patient and unflappable and spent all the time needed to perform the surgery. I am very pleased with Dr. Weiner's treatment.

He did the root canal for me last year,made my tooth worse, still very painful, after then he retreated the same tooth, second time he totally ruin the tooth and make it worse. then he ask me get CT scan for my this tooth. he just want to pass the buck. Image show he failed my tooth root canal. After did root canal for more than a year still in the root tip have chronic inflammation. He is very unprofessional, don’t want see him anymore .the front lady Cathy is very rude, do the dirty work for him. He did bad job, then don’t want have any responsibility. Awful staff, money-hungry doctor. Don't care about patients only about getting paid! Scheduled a slot for a root canal that we weren't even sure was necessary and when the cost was way out of reach and we decided to just do the consult they said that's not what you were scheduled for and they don't just see people off the streets for a consult. Wait, what? We have an appointment and you won't see us because we may not be able to afford the treatment if it's even necessary??? What ever happened to the oath doctors take? Dr. Sy Weiner is the best. I got the feeling he could perform a Root Canal with his eyes closed. I was in and out of the chair in less than 1 hour. I went from having excruciating pain to feeling 100% in 24 hours. AMAZING! Dr. Weiner's staff was very professional and helpful. Friendly and accommodating to say the least. I was referenced to Dr. Weiner for an emergency root canal. His front desk staff (Kathy) moved someone else appointment for me because I was in extreme pain. I drove to Dr. Weiner's directly from my dentist, (5 pm) and upon my arrival my insurance was already contacted and a bill was explained to me in detail. I was seen less then half an hour later and immediately made very comfortable by the staff and the doctor. The procedure was painless. I was given clear instructions and a follow up call.

The front desk lady name Kathi was very unprofessional and rude , she was always like that since the first time I called to schedule the appointment. She hanged up the phone on me 3 times and told me that she wasn't going to keep wasting her time with my questions. All very simple questions for somebody who was trying to understand how insurance works and to budget the amount of money that I needed for my first appoinment. Dr. Sy Weiner and his staff were truly amazing. Dr. Weiner, his colleague/wife Kathy and the rest of their staff (Andrea, Melissa) exude a level of warmth, professionalism and honesty that is all too rare these days. I left their office feeling very relieved and as if I had made some friends, seriously! Anyone looking for an Endodontist in South Florida should look no further than Dr. Sy Weiner. Even my own dentist says that he would only have his own root canals done by Dr. Weiner.

Great doctor, friendly and caring. I have had two root canals with doctor Seymour and they were completely painless.
