Dr. Sevak Adamian

Professional and personable, and all-too-often those don't go together. After explaining what he was going to do (and just as important, WHY he was going to do it) he and his assistant did the work with a minimum of discomfort. It was obvious he's done this just a few times before.

I was nervous quite a bit but had a graceful and pleasant experience ????

My first appt was for evaluation of a possible root canal. Dr. Adamian was personable and professional. He fully explained my options. I then consulted with my regular dentist and opted for the root canal. That was performed today, Aug. 6. I experienced very little pain. The procedure was completed in under an hour. I was extremely impressed with Dr. Adamian's chair side manner. He was very polite and complimentary to staff before, during, and after the procedure, as he was with me. He cared about my well being. He is very skilled. As root canals go, I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I took my 16 year old son for a consult today, they took him back to do an x-ray. They never came and got me when they were done with x-ray. The other parent that was in the waiting room they came and got when that child's x-rays were done. After about 15 minutes they came back with him and told me what their plan was. Somewhere in there they forgot about parent rights and minor children making medical decisions about dental work. Do not take your kids here. Went there to have a root canal performed by Dr. Adamian, he gave me a second opinion from my general dentist. After taking x-ray he examined tooth in question by performing sensitivity tests. His recommendation was to save tooth. He explained in full detail about each symptom I was experiencing, so I opted to go have my permanent crown put on and that should help me out. Rude office staff. 10 minute appt. stating I had no problem with my tooth and suggested I use toothpaste for sensitive teeth, but my tooth broke in half the next day. Insurance wouldn't cover even though they were preferred providers. Due to exam. Expensive for quality.

Dr. Adamian is one of the finest dentists I've met. He explains everything very clearly and is willing to spend time with his patients. He will not do a procedure unless it's absolutely necessary. As an orthodontist, his specialty is root canal. I had the procedure today and it went very well. His staff is courteous and very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Adamian.
