I travelled almost two hours with a family member to see Dr. Haplea. We arrived 9 minutes late after being stuck in traffic and were told the doctor wouldn't see us because we were late. After insisting several times, Dr. Haplea did appear quite a while later. He was aggressive and confrontational, even raising his voice at us, then complaining about the demands put on him to see a certain number of patients by Penn Medicine. Completely unprofessional and absolutely terrible experience - only one star review I've ever left for a provider.

The worst doctor I ever went to, said my medication was the reason for my issues. He couldn’t have been more wrong. I wanted to tell him in person, but covid happened. Steer clear of this doctor.

Dr. Haplea is very knowledgeable and is a doctor, not a businessman with a medical degree. He listens well and explains things thoroughly. He is willing to take the time necessary to identify the root cause of problems and recommend appropriate treatment. I wholeheartedly recommend him, especially to people who have unusual conditions that require diagnosis.

Dr. Haplea showed total interest in my problem. He gave me explanation and assurance he would help me AND he did. He gave specific tests and explained, in detail, the results. I have compete confidence in him and his recommendations.

Wonderful compassionate Dr. takes the time to listen to all my son’s needs!!

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with this doctor or any of his multiple offices. I tried to get my medical records and was put on hold for over n hour only to be told that I would have to wait for a paper in the mail from them for me to sign that I would have to send back and then wait for my records. This would be way too late for my upcoming appointment. Horrible, totally impersonal experience from this doctor and his offices.
