Dr. Seth U Brum

Dr. Brum and his staff were very courteous and efficient. I made an appointment through the Mt. Sinai mychart app, which accidentally put me as a a new patient and wasted the receptionist's time with having to fix it (Sorry!).

Dr Brum is an excellent doctor....staff is pleasant...but the return calls could be more timely....also difficult to get through the phone lines....music constantly playing....

I am a recent patient of Dr. Brum. The office is clean with available seating. There is onsite parking as well as street parking within close proximity to the office. Dr. Brum's staff have been nothing short of excellent and responsive to your concerns and needs. Dr. Brum is very nice that sounds time listening to your concerns and makes recommendations according to whatever your condition may be. I have recommended the Dr. Brum to family and friends. This is insane .I've been seeing Dr brum and Dr wortmen over 20 years .great Dr's the absolute worst staff ever rude nasty phone girls that keep you on hold 45 mins to an hour because they don't want to answer they'd rather you leave a message and call you back 2 days later or not at all. And if you are lucky enough after waiting an hour you get a nasty girl telling you they don't care that you waited. I have been going to Dr. Brum for over 25 years. He is an excellent Doctor, very personable and has a great bedside manner.

Dr brum is great.his staff is something different .I wait on hold everytime for a minimum of 30 minutes then they pick up and put you on hold again but if you go in the office no one's on the phone .be honest because of this I go to urgent care lately. Also I pay my co pay and still get a bill in the mail

It was one of the best doctors visit that I ever had. The office was professional, efficient, and was very courteous to all my problems and needs. Would highly recommend to anyone look for a physician.

I was experiencing chest pains. I called DrBrums office & was told to call 911 or immediately come to the office if able to do so . I arrived & was immediately taken into the examining room & given a thorough examination including an EKG Dr Brum asked me a series of questions & by the time I was ready to leave the office , the pains had subsided. Dr Brum is extremely caring, patient , knowledgeable & an exceptional diagnostician. I have been using him for 20 years & recommend him highly.

Dr Brum listened to my questions and concerns and made me feel very comfortable in what I needed to do to improve my health. I highly recommend him as he is very knowledgeable and kind and I have been feeling better ever since.

Dr. Brum is a very caring doctor, he always makes you feel special and explains everything to you in a way that you can understand. I love him, will never use anyone else. Nasty staff you get turned away when your really sick,, he don’t treat you for copd but he’s supposed to. Very racist staff and physicians that antagonize the patient. I hope they shut his office down all the abuse occurs on victory Blvd gross negligence and tampers with medical records like birthdays very corrupt office State insurance fraud no treatment given to patient with serious illness he lets his staff abuse the patient

Dr. Brum is a caring and knowledgeable physician. He listened compassionately and carefully at my lengthy problems and offered his expertise and suggested specialists who might be of assistance. I would recommend him to family and friends.

I cannot say how good a doctor he is, but his office staff leaves a lot to be desired, Three times I left a message to make an appointment and never heard back. I would not do that to any one who calls me and is not at all professional on their part

I have been seeing Dr. Brum for years, this yearly visit was a debacle. I was with the Dr. for under 5 minutes. He ordered a blood test and an EKG and asked if I was having any particular problems - looked at my electronic file and left the room. He never examined me in any way. I was disappointed and hope that reviews like this will help him find his way back to what his care used to be.

I been going to doctor brum for a few years and I never had any problems The worker's are beautiful people I go and out and most of time if they are busy at least I always see them smiling and that makes me feel little better to sit and wait your the Best

He is getting too busy for his patients. His office receptionists are given too much freedom to give results which are sometimes incorrect. Follow up has become unheard of!!! Your phone call never seems to reach the Dr or he just doesn't care. What a shame he used to be very good.
