Dr. Braunstein told me how to get in touch with his nurse directly. Now to me, that was incredibly considerate of him. I love that my doctor cares enough to help me in all ways. That says a lot about him. Dr B also explained many things I never knew about my meds, how to understand side effects, what to expect, the good and the bad. He gave me his time and I felt that he really cared. I trust him and in medicine, that is everything. He is very knowledgeable and up to date on studies and statistics too.

Dr. Braunstein was on time (a biggie for me), he was prepared with my lab test results and was knowledgeable and friendly.

First thing was literally no waiting, he asked me questions of value regarding myself and family and even personal hobbies that helped me calm down. He explained the medicines and what to look out for and to not afraid to let him or his staff know if something felt odd Or too off. He asked questions and even encouraged me to ask my own . He was very patient and thorough and I left the visit feeling well prepared to take the medication prescribed.
