My mother’s initial visit went well and she was very impressed. However she was skeptical of surgery and especially anesthesia at 86. They called to schedule surgery before she had decided but she went forward. However they sent two surgeons to a conference and canceled all surgery, so it was postponed 3 more weeks which was a major inconvenience. Once we had The surgery, worked. However the follow up and SEVERAL phone calls by me (messages left every time) went unanswered. We were to receive a referral, have a follow up appointment that THEY were to setup and unfortunately my Mother passed 2 months later, I again left message with billing department to verify all was cleared and explained on messenger she had passed…. And still NEVER received ONE call back!!! Seems there is little concern once you have had your procedure.

Very professional, makes it easy to make it an not be nervous

My recent visit with the Rane Center on Lakeland Drive and following to the Rane Center located at St Dominics was very professional and timely.

i really appreciate the courtesy and professionalism that the RAINE CENTER and ST> DOMINIC displayed in my recent visit.

I was very happy that one of the staff members allowed me to stay because my appointment was for Friday and I can Wednesday and the service was awesome

Very nice office and the staff was very nice and helpful.

My mom is a patient here and the staff makes this place stand out with the professionalism as well as the caring attitude it makes you want to come back.

The people at the Rane Center have always treated me with kindness, respect and absolute professionalism. If you need their specialty medical services, I highly recommend them.

Dr. Raju is the absolute BEST! Very proactive, listens to what you have to say, and always provide excellent care. I’ve been a patient for almost 13 years now, and my experiences are always pleasant! The entire staff is professional and friendly.

Professional and courteous staff

The staff are very Professional and helpful.

Your staff is always so helpful always answering all question so i can understand their answer.

I’ve been a patient of The Rane Center, for at least 6 years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my Vascular Health, surgery and care.

I love it at the clinic they always take good care of my needs. Just had a small technical issue with the virtual appointment but we figured it out. My team of care givers really be on top of my situations.

Front desk receptionist is exceptionally NICE. Answers the phone professionally and CARING. Just don’t find that anymore. Made my day ❤️

My mom has been a patient at The Rane Center for some years now. They're very knowledgeable of various vascular issues. All of the doctors are great, mannerly and informative. Their staff is superb and very helpful as well. Jared, Liz and Megan are simply irreplaceable in my opinion. It's truly priceless to know my mom is in good hands with this group... Love this place! They take the best care of me!

Short wait time. Ultrasound tech was nice and professional. NP was efficient and easy to talk to.

Wonderful and caring doctor! Very knowledgeable

The receptionist was not compassionate nor empathetic with not only myself, but other patients. I was referred to this clinic with the expectation of meeting with a doctor and was assigned to a nurse practitioner who could not answer a few of my questions. After my consultation, I was not given any of the required paperwork that I signed. I did not receive any documents describing my diagnosis nor a treatment plan.

He has racket going on.He never sees you never talk to you.Only his nurse practioner consult with you.They order all the tests and determine treatment..All they do ultrasound on every visit to makes the most dollars from your insurance.He should not be in the medical profession.
