"Have a lump in the palm of my hand. My dr. referred me to Dr. Serigo Rodriquez, Hand Specialist & part of DHR Health. My first visit was 7/19/2021 took an x-ray & advised "NOTHING ABNORMAL". Paid my copay. He wanted to do an MRI of my hand & arm. (2 separate MRI's my copay is $150 per MRI. I received a call from my insurance company stating approval. The morning of the MRI,7/29/2021, the girl in the insurance department informed me that my insurance company DID NOT APPROVE THE MRI OF ARM ONLY HAND. I called my insurance co & was informed that they sent a fax requesting more info, THEY NEVER RESPONDED. Did the MRI of my hand. Went back on 8/20/2021 to get results. Dr. Rodriquez stated "NOTHING SHOWED ON THE MRI". I received a copy of the claim #1, being part of DHR, they DOUBLE BILL. There was an additional charge for a "CLINIC VISIT - DOCTORS HOSPITAL OF RENAISSANCE in addition to my actual Rodriquez's OFFICE VISIT. The claim stated "localized swelling, mass and lump". The entire time

They schedule an appointment but call the day before to confirm WITH A TOTALLY DIFFERENT TIME THAN THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT!

Great hand specialist.

Dr. Rodriguez conducted Carpal Tunnel Surgery for me. The whole process from the initial visit to the final consultation was excellent. He and his staff are very professional and kind. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Rodriguez is fantastic. He and his staff are very caring and professional. I am currently still under his care, but have no doubt that my outcome will be positive.

Dr. Rodriguez has fixed two different broken wrists over the last 5 years and today you would not know that they had been broken. People were amazed at my recovery and ability to go back to work almost immediately. I just referred my sister-in-law's mother to him and she was happy with his professionalism and detailed explanation of her situation. I drive an hour and a half to see him because I believe he is the best.

This is the worst place I have ever been. Went in for an MRI and almost a month later I get an appointment and that's because I kepted calling them. If you have an appointment at 3 you won't be seen till 5 pm. The ladies in front seem like they don't like their job, not friendly at all, like the don't care what the patients need. Find another job if not happy. They shouldn't schedule to many appointment back to back. Doctor takes to long.
