Now reading other reviews, I see I'm not the first patient they have asked not to come back... I had the worst experience with a lady on the office staff, she was highly unprofessional and inadequate. In December I called to requested a refill for my inhaler, and they denied me, saying I needed to come in. I told them I wouldn't until my next annual, because I'm not paying another office fee when they mischarged me for my annual visit. The woman I spoke with was very rude, raising her voice and talking over me. The Office Manager did agree I was charged incorrectly for my last physical, and said he would look into correcting it, and that I can schedule an appt by phone that would be cheaper than coming in so I can continue my refill. When I called to schedule, they said I cannot come in and must "find a new doctor." They gave me no notice of this. They are punishing me for questioning a bill and asking for a courtesy refill, instead of reprimanding the lady in the offi

Disappointed. Will never return. Will never refer. In healthcare for over 40 yes, felt deceived. Waste of time and money.

This Dr's office is quite peculiar. The staff has been called out for being immature and laud to the office manger by patients, yet the office manager says they are"jovial". This office is being run like a dictatorship. If you do not dance to their rules they will drop you as a patient. You are not in a normal Dr office here.

Dr.Alvarado is the best Doctor I have ever had. The office is very clean and the staff is great. Dr.Alvarado is very knowledgeable and takes his time answering my questions. I have referred family members because I trust Dr. Alvarado.

This man is clueless. Walks confused around the office. Charged my insurance over 1000 for a couple visits in which we did nothing. Nothing but "come back next week". What a scam.
