We saw quite a few fertility specialists before meeting with Dr. Chen. The care we received under her was the best! She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and patient. This was the first office in which we did not feel like just another number. As a result, we now have a beautiful baby!

Dr.Chen just be wasting people time and charging your insurance. I've be seeing this doctor since January and haven't had one fertility treatment yet. Now, I don't have the insurance no more that paid for my treatments. I'm really pissed off about they lack of commitment and follow up. They keep worrying about everything but getting us pregnant. It's really sad the way these places waste women time and money. I'm praying for a real doctor that's going help me and not waste my time. Very disappointed.

She made us wait over 45 minutes for no reason other than the cup of tea that she was drinking. She didn't listen to me or my wife about our plan that we wanted her to follow. They just like to charge your insurance. Waste of time.

Dr.Chen is absolutely fantastic I trust her implicitly, her judgement and protocols were always aggressive and realistic. Unfortunately the office is below average- just be aware to stay on top of everything , it's a very disorganized staff from the nurses to the billing dept it's been difficult to deal with. With any IVF experience you need a lot of patience. I highly recommend any doctor in this practice I wish their staff was at the level they are at !

We had previously gone to RMA where we had a terrible experience since they told my husband and I we would not be able to conceive at all. After getting over that traumatizing experience we decided to seek treatment elsewhere and get a second opinion. Dr. Chen was compassionate, warm, realistic and professional. We are appreciative of her and are forever grateful since we successfully completed IUI. We felt that the staff were all warm and treated you like family. Highly recommended!
