Never have to wait very long. Dr. LaSalle is always interested in how I'm doing. I always feel relaxed. Never had a bad experience. Thanks!!

Nice clinic and friendly.

Dr LaSalle is very knowledgeable, kind, and willing to help me learn how to live with RA while still enjoying activities.

Dr. LaSalle always listens to me, answers my questions and attends to the troubling symptoms/manifestations of my AI disease. He is supportive and helpful, and appreciated.

I find Dr Lasalle, Diana and the staff at Arthritis NW to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly every visit. Dr Lasalle recommended I try going off the 2 meds I was taking, one at a time, and over the course of the first 18 months after I became a patient I was able to go off all meds and feel great. I was so impressed and happy about that. As for Diana, she could not be more thorough, on top of things or personable! She is the one who arranged for my epidural back injections when I was really hurting and made me feel less guilty about them so she has a special place in my heart. The front office staff are always pleasant. I could not be happier with my care.

Understands patients concerns and answers with compassion and care .

My doctor referred me here when blood work showed I had the markers for lupus and sjogren's, after searching for 1-1/2 years for the cause of my extreme fatigue. Also they have a ND on staff. The first thing he said to me on my first visit was that I had high blood pressure and my doctor was not adequately treating it. It usually runs about 100/60, but was 125/80 when the MA took it. Hardly needing pharmaceutical treatment! As the interview went on, he stated that my problems were caused by sleep apnea. I asked him if the symptoms from sleep apnea come on suddenly, overnight, are improved fairly quickly by going on an AIP diet, and caused elevated autoimmune markers in blood tests. As with every other time I had questions for him, he just scowled at me and said he can only diagnose what he sees. Finally, I asked for a referral to the ND. Only given for patients who do not respond to MEDICAL treatment. Nothing like their website promises.

Dr. LaSalle is always very pleasant and answers any questions I have.

Dr. LaSalle was able to diagnose something that took 6 months and no other doctor could pin point. I am able to walk up stairs with no pain in my knees and my mobility is amazing right now.

I have been a patient of Arthritis NW for about 15 years. I can’t say enough good things about this group. My concerns are always heard and addressed. The entire care team is responsive and helpful. Dr. LaSalle is extremely knowledgeable, personable and genuinely interested in the wellbeing of his patients.

Never again. I was referred to LaSalle in Aug 2020 by my PCP. I just needed a confirmed diagnosis for fibromyalgia, which I've had for years. That's it, just a diagnosis. It took over 5 months to get into this clinic, partly due to Covid lockdown. His PA spent over a half hour asking me questions and typing my medical history into a laptop. At first he was polite but that stopped about 10 minutes into the exam. He started off by saying: "And fibromyalgia is NOT an excuse for going on Disability." Wow, I have no idea why he thought he needed to politicize my exam! I have OTHER THINGS wrong with me, over a dozen things including invasive foot surgeries that didn't work, CPTSD, etc. LaSalle then stated the obvious: that I needed to exercise (I was as much as possible considering every single gym in the area was closed due to lock down). He spent the last 10 minutes trying to sell me on an expen$ive naturopath who worked in their clinic a few days a week. I'm on Apple Health and I've been to naturopaths in the past when I could afford it. He also spend a lot of time fat shaming me while ignoring my hypothyroidism and hormone imbalances. I have been in Dr. La Sale’s care for a few years now and I feel he strives to listen to what I have to say about what I’m experiencing and what plan is best going to benefit my quality of life. I highly recommend this Dr. And will continue with my health issues with him!

I appreciate Dr. LaSalle's no nonsense approach. He is detailed, organized, and doesn't waste time. I was a bit startled in our first visit about how honest and straight forward he is, but I find it refreshing. I know that he is getting to the cause and not wasting my time on chasing paths that he doesn't believe fit my symptoms. He was kind, informative, and willing to answer questions whenever they came up.

I just adore all of the staff at Arthritis Northwest. Dr. LaSalle takes such good care of me and the infusion staff is amazing. If you are in need of a Rheumatologist this is the best place to go.

There’s so many weird stories with him I can’t even fit all on here lol I have a somewhat rare condition that most falls under the scope of Rheumatology.. At first we weren’t sure which health condition it was, so he put me through all of these tests that I told him I had already done before. But he refused to listed and instead scolded me for questioning him. Then when all 3 of my other specialists figured out what condition I had they told me to tell my Rheumatologist. But Dr LaSalle said he had never even heard of it. So I tried to transfer to one of the other Doctors there but it needs approved by both and LaSalle denied the transfer but said I could at least still continue care with him haha why would I? I never went back, and found an incredible Dr elsewhere. I didn’t want to write this but I don’t want any of you to have to go through all that I did with him. You all deserve better than this. If you go to Arthritis Northwest do Not see Dr sean LaSalle. I wish someone had warned me. Just like there are great Doctors out there, theres terrible ones too. When I went to pull it up on my phone to show him, I accidentally saw that he was looking it up on his computer (which would’ve been totally ok with me) but it must’ve embarrassed him to see that I saw he needed to look it up because he scolded me for peeking at what he was doing when it was “none of my business”. It was so weird haha because I was trying to show him the same thing on my phone anyway haha. After that I asked to be transferred to one of their other doctors at arthritis northwest, to Dr Kenney I think) but in order to do that it has to be approved by both your current Rheumatologist and the one you want to transfer to. And of course LaSalle refused to let me transfer but claimed I could still continue care with him … That was the last time I went there ha. There are more bad stories with him too but It’s too much to write. I didn’t want to even write this review because it takes time and I have to do it all by voice text (because of pain in my hands and fingers) but honestly I care about people and don’t want anyone else having to go through what I went through with him .

This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a doctor. Extremely rude, dismissive, and belittling.

I have been to probably a dozen doctors in the past 20 years trying to figure out the cause of my back pain. I’ve done scans, x-rays and physical therapy- all to no avail. Then I went to Dr.Lasalle about 6 years ago, and after what seemed like too quick of an assessment he diagnosed my disease. I thought at the time he was being dismissive of my concerns and had jumped to conclusions and I left not taking his advice. 5 years later and a few doctors later I went back. His original diagnosis seems to have been spot on all along and the treatment he prescribed has literally changed my life for the better. After 30 years of progressively worse agony I am nearly pain free. Sometimes we don’t like what we hear, so take the negative comments in these reviews with a grain of salt. . Excellent. Fully reviewed my chart prior to entering room; discussed issues and options in an informed way unique to my history. ( Wove in some appropriate humor along the way.). Very encouraging style.

Doctor LaSalle is very knowledgeable, professional, patiently listens to my issues and is very professional. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested In receiving excellent care.

My recent visit was with Dr LaSalle’s “assistant”. I made sure to be on time as patients are charged or appointments canceled if you are late. After being led into the room the nurse took my bp and the reading was 190/90. I asked her to take it again as that was insane. Again it was about the same. I asked her if she wanted me to do it. She finally got it right. After she left I sat in the room 90 minutes waiting for the assistant to see me. When she finally arrived her excuse was that someone had come early so she took her as she was from out of town and thought she would have enough time before my appt. I drove from Idaho to WA for my appt. was on time and had to wait 90 min. And this assistant didn’t even do or look at anything as she was so far behind. It was a waste of my whole day my gas my parking charge and my $40 deductible. This is the WORST Rheumatology office I’ve ever been in. The Dr isn’t any better. I would suggest you go elsewhere. They aren’t there to help you.

Ive been to numerous drs over the past 8 yrs and all they did was try the same drugs and treatments over and over again. Then, when no progress was made, would pass me off to the next specialist. First appointment with Dr. Lasalle and I was extremely pleased...I would highly recommend him and found him to be kind and very competent and knowledgeable in dealing with my Scleroderma...so happy to have found him, as my last doctor had left the practice I had been going to many years....

Make sure to never accidentally or otherwise no-show for 2 appointments... They will discharge you from their practice FOR LIFE .... amazing customer service.

Dr. Lasalle listened to me and talked through everything with me making sure I understood. I left feeling confident that I was heard and he knew what he was talking about and what the best next step was. He did jump around from topic to topic a bit but it made sense to me.

Do not go see this doctor unless you enjoy leaving unheard, with none of your concerns addressed And any ideas you have about your health or body completely dismissed. He won't take his time to address the issues you have, just enjoys writing prescriptions for temporary fixes instead of conscience doctoring and trying to find long term solutions.

Treats you like cattle, doesn't listen or help.

Dr Lasalle is very thorough and a kind and caring man. He knows his field of medicine with excellence. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to a Dr Lasalle.

Arrogant and talks down to you. Will not allow you to ask or discuss anything that doesn't conform to what he has already said to you.
