I love the way Dr. Hsu explains everything in an easy to understand way. I would give him more stars if I could.

I absolutely love this office and Dr. Hsu. It's rare you find a doctor that truly listens to you and then answers your questions without making you feel insignificant or dumb. Dr. Hsu is professional and warm when he interacts with you making you feel so much more comfortable. Bless this man for his skills. Dr.Hsu is the best I have ever seen. He is patient, kind, professional, explains everything in laymen terms. There are very few doctors left out there as wonderful as he is. His receptionist is also very professional and helpful in any way the patient needs. A GREAT PRACTICE

Dr Hsu is an exceptional neurosurgeon and wonderful human being! He saved my life: successfully locating the source of my brain bleed (when multiple cat scans and angiogram failed); and then performed my life saving surgery. I now sport an aneurysm clip that stopped the bleed, two titanium bridging pieces, and ten titanium screws! Dr Hsu was such a kind man dealing with me and my family through it all. He was easy to speak with and answered millions of questions. My 21st anniversary of the, "brain thing" as I call it and consequent celebration is on Saturday, 22 September 2018! Thank you Dr. Hsu. This Dr listens and is very knowledgeable about the symptoms and diagnosis. He makes you comfortable about everything you say to him. He works with all patients on individual levels. This is a excellent office.

The office manager, Jenny is absolutely wonderful !!!!! She helped me get a referral approved which consisted of multiple calls to Tricare. She did this on her day off too! She also contacted the doctors office to expedite my appt! I can't thank them enough! Dr Sean Hsu's office is top notch! I will also say, the receptionist, Brianna, called me the minute she received the referral from Tricare to set up an appt with them.

Dr Hsu was fantastic. He discussed everything with me. He made sure I understood everything. He took his time, Dr Hsu is a breath of fresh air !

I was having some pain in my neck, felt like I was carrying a 20lb bowling ball around. I was referred to Dr.Hsu for a consult, I had to go through a few more tests but it was finally determined that C5-C6-C7 were grinding together due to the disks being worn down. I was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis and surgery was recommended. Dr Hsu told me that he couldn't guarantee 100% and I told him that I'd be happy with 50% improvement. I was working at the time as an EMS provider.The surgey was completed and after listening to his instructions, I was able to go back to work full time. I am very pleased to announce that I have about 95+% improvement. This was done in 2009, I am very thankful that I was referred to Dr.Hsu.
