Great staff and they do wonderful work, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Today was my first time there. Dr. Grady amd his staff were amazing. I have high anxiety when it comes to dental visits. But I must say they were very good. Made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist. Thank you all.

Nice office and nice staff, but their billing practices are not accurate. I had an Invisalign treatment with Dr. Grady. Months after the treatment was done and all my payments were made, Dr. Grady's office sent me a bill for an additional 30% of the total cost of the treatment. Invisalign is expensive and that extra bill was a lot of money. They had made multiple mistakes in calculating the treatment cost and wanted me to pay to cover their mistakes. For a different treatment, they wanted immediate payment of additional costs based on someone in their office having called the insurance company for incorrect coverage information. Even though they pressured me to pay the additional costs on the spot, I refused to pay until I called the insurance company myself. Turns out they were wrong and I didn't owe the money that time. So my family does not trust Round Hill Smile Design's back office and billing accuracy.

The staff are pleasant but the dentist seems inexperienced. The dental work is painful and doesn't last like you would expect. You will be charged even when the dentist and secretary smile as you leave and say no charge. Aggravating and a waste of time.

I find this Office strange. I made an appointment to see the dentist for a 6 month check and cleaning. I'm charged $$$. But Dentist left for lunch while hygienist was cleaning my teeth. He will read my X-rays and let me know if he sees anything. Good cleaning though.

Dr. Grady and his staff are superb! My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Grady for over 4 years now. We live 40 minutes away from his office and it's well worth the drive!

Dr. Grady did not explain the procedure he was doing on me. I felt like he was very dishonest. I will not return for this reason.

Dr. Grady is one of the few dentists that doesn't try to sell you on additional procedures. He has been doing a great job for me, and I will go back whenever I need more dental attention.

I really liked Dr. Grady and his staff, but 2 of the 8 crowns he did had to be replaced within 2 years. More serious, he ignored a cracked tooth for 4 years and let me think I was imagining the discomfort. that caused.

I was seen on time and Dr. Grady explained everything to me about the procedure; the girl at the desk was most helpful on the phone and I was very pleased with everything.....thank a bunch! Lois D'Elia

Excellent, Dr. Grady and the whole staff is absolutely amazing!!!!

The staff is so friendly and pleasant. The atmosphere is peaceful and the care is detailed and personal. No pressure for unneeded services or products.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Kean took the time to discuss the best plan of action for me. It was a pleasant experience.

My visit to Dr Grady today was for dental cleaning and inspection. It was done impeccably with care, yet thoroughly. It could not have been done better.

Dr. Kean , and the staff are the best! I came in with a tooth ache and they immediately xrayed. Dr. Kean diagnosed a dead nerve that had abscessed and referred me to an endodontist. They called and got me in to see him immediately!! Dr. Kean explained what was happening and what the procedure would be. I have always received the best and most compassionate care from him. I was terrified of dentists before I found him but he got me over my fear. You can't go wrong with this practice! The hygienists are great too! Dr. Kean , and the staff are the best! Th Western Loudoun county area is extremely lucky to have Dr. Grady. The staff of the office and Dr. Grady himself are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They will do what they can to make your experience as pleasant as possible. I would recommend Dr. Grady to anyone.

Excellent care from all the staff in this office. They are very nice and compassionate. Debbie is an awesome dental hygienist. She is extremely clean and she takes time to ensure that she makes my cleanings as comfortable as possible. I'm so happy that we found Dr. Grady's office!

This is the best dentist office I have ever experienced. The exam rooms are painted beautiful colors, there are fountains, massage chair exam chairs, music, and calming decorations. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They answer their phones, return calls, and do what they can to accommodate their patients. Dr. Grady is an excellent dentist and even took the time to respond to some grade school student's questions. The woman who does the cleanings is very skilled, gentle, and caring. Great experience during my first visit to Dr. Grady's office. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful. The atmosphere was the most welcoming that I have experienced in any health or medical office ever. Most importantly, the service was professional and thorough without sacrificing the human touch that makes this an outstanding small town dentist office. Dr. Grady and his staff could not be nicer and more professional. They put a great amount of care into their work and do everything they can to make your visit as comfortable as possible. I always feel satisfied after leaving their office.

I scheduled an appointment for his advertised new patient free consultation with xrays which I confirmed by phone when making the appointment. I lost all trust as they billed my insurance to include non covered service leaving me responsible for it.
