Dr Walen explained procedure step by step. He was gentle performing his work. He answered all my questions . My comfort as important to him. It was A great experience.

Dr. Walen was so awesome. He explained everything very well and was so gentle. The nurse was top notch and so thorough and sweet!! Just a wonderful experience!!

Quick and time efficient while still educating me on the issue. Very comfortable in his skill and confidence in handling the surgery.

Dr Walen was arrogant, condescending and pompous. He only cared about making money off of my appointment and couldn't answer any of my questions in details. He instead made suggestions about things I needed to fix.

Doesn't call back with test results. Office staff is horrible!!!! Had a biopsy done, doctor failed to request biopsy to be graded and had me waiting an entire weekend with worry. Yes, I have cancer and never spoke to the doctor, just an unempathetic nurse who gave me zero information. Begged to get results sent to primary care doctor to figure out course of action. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!
