Dr. Ben is truly fantastic! He is kind and compassionate . He makes you feel seen and heard. He makes a personal connection with his patients and remembers details he brings up at later times to know he hears you. Isiah and Ashley always add some laughs or fun to each experience when you see them in the therapy room. The ladies at the front are always kind and welcoming and often greet you by name. I had the pleasure of working with one of the insurance ladies and she was extremely helpful informing me of my chiropractic benefits. All in all, a great experience.

Moving better than ever. Love this Team here at Scott Wagner's. I'm back to working out in a gym.

Years ago, I had a family member receive excellent treatment from Dr. Sterling, although he’s no longer here. Now my 16yo child needs attention for chronic pain. Their preferred name is different than their legal name, and the staff was happy to make immediate changes in their file. Everyone was very welcoming and every step of the initial exam process was explained before it happened, greatly reducing my son’s anxiety. We are excited to begin treatment, and explore the many additional modalities they have available besides chiropractics care. Not everything is covered by insurance, however they are very transparent with treatment pricing and what isn’t covered, creating peace of mind against unexpected charges. There are also membership options available for regular care that is very cost-effective.

I love the atmosphere at Scott Wagner Integrative Medical Center, and that is because of the wonderful, caring professionals that make up the Center. They are very understanding, listen to everything you tell them and always give positive feedback- very encouraging. I have been going there now for about 10 weeks and am seeing positive changes in my body. I can't imagine anyone who wouldn't want to go there for healing, learning and be surrounded by top people in their field. I'm so greatful I received their ad in the mail. They got my back!

I was sure I had food poisoning and didn’t want to go to urgent care for some zofran and IV fluids (couldn’t hold anything down) all night. I felt so bad I actually called the company around 6 am to see if they had availability and even though they didn’t, they found a way to fit me and and get me the IV bag with meds I needed. I am so thankful for the team here. They bent over backwards to get me taken care of.

I’m 2+ years out from my 3rd hip surgery. After experiencing constant pain, being unable to walk any distance, continued frustration and too many pain pills I decided to give Scott Wagner a try. It has been the best thing I could have ever done to get my body and mind back on track. I no longer have pain, no pills, I’m more flexible, I’m happier, excited to go in to therapy 3x a week. I absolutely love every appointment at Dr. Wagners! Every member of the staff is kind and personable. I am pregnant, and they have greatly helped my back and other joins during this time! They know what they’re doing! Figuring out things here that sports medicine people in Los Angeles didn’t have the intuition or time or attention to give. They are thorough with their x rays and work efficiently as a team to get people moving again. From getting adjusted to the physical therapy and other methodologies, So far, I’m very impressed with their system and the people.

Excellent first appointment. The office staff were all super friendly. I made an appointment online, as they were closed, and they quickly saw me the next day for a consultation. Despite not having an available appointment the following day for a follow up visit, Dr. Wagner agreed to consult with me during his lunch hour. So grateful to have been recommended this office by a friend!

I was looking for stroke rehab for my parent and this chiropractor’s office said they performed stroke rehab. Needless to say, I monitored my parent’s therapy and noticed they were not working on anything that would improve their stroke issues. My family is very disappointed that they oversold their abilities. We lost precious recovery time that we can’t regain. However, GOD IS GOOD and now that we are in REAL STROKE REHAB therapy my parent is finally getting better each day. This place seems to be pushing the latest and greatest which may appeal to the desperate who are in such pain they'll try anything. But please beware.They offer injections ranging from vitamins to stem cells in an unsterile environment which concerned me. I did not see any sanitation gel in any of the rooms I was in but a few clients wore masks. I went to 3 scheduled appointments, waiting 45 minutes each time. The first visit was an evaluation, the second a disguised sales pitch, 2 hours long, and the third visit I began my program.The 10 week plan they came up with was unreasonable for my lifestyle: 3x a week with trigger point injections every time (12 at one time!) followed by Chiro therapy every time, then exercises. All this in an hour, they said, but I never got out of there under 2.5 hours. The gym was like a scene from MASH, timed chaos, with some innovative equipment that reminded me of old carnival rides (remember the Hammer). I was shocked as I observed that no-one wiped down the mats or exercise equipment behind each client. I asked why and they said they do the best they can with their busy schedule. There were Chiro adjusting tables there as well. With so many distractions, I preferred to have my adjustments in a private room as I did not want the doctor to make any mistakes. The adjustments were very aggressive, FYI. After the first injections of 12 trigger points (on my second visit), I told them 'no more' so they left me in a room alone and sent in someone to try to break me down to reconsider, for 15 minutes. Big turn-off. They were adamant I come 3x a week, not the 2x that could fit my schedule. I never got the same chiropractor or NP twice. The staff is very smiley, but the phony kind. They insist on escorting you everywhere, even to the bathroom. The vibe is cultish, like a time-share lock-down as another reviewer observed, not like a professional medical clinic. And my pain got worse with all of these aggressive treatments. I couldn't bear to go back. All the providers and staff are absolutely amazing! Dr Ben, Dr Mike and Dr Chirichetti are very kind and caring. This along with great products make for a great place to get treated for pain and back problems! The IV drips have been amazing and have helped me a lot! Thanks for all you do for your patients!!

I am just blown away at how awesome this team is! I have tried chiropractors and Physical Therapist for years to no avail. They always focused on the symptom and never took time to find the cause. The very first day I came to their location they put me through a battery of different test to find out what was actually causing my symptoms. Come to find out all of the back issues I was experiencing had nothing to do with my back. I had an issue with my neck! I was shocked! I have been going to Scott Wagner for over 10 years. I had been dealing with back and nerve problems caused by a number of injuries for over 5 years and the rehab I had been doing was not giving me any sustained relief. Eventually, I was referred to Scott by a chiropractor that had been helping me. She said he was her chiropractor and felt he would be a better fit for me. It took a little time, but his ability to analyze the overall picture of your body and then treat each piece in order made all the difference! I spent several years with back pain which prevented me from being able to ride my horses as well as many other things that I had always taken for granted. My doctor had recommended surgery when my sister suggested I give Dr. Wagner a try. The rest is history. Thanks to Dr. Wagner and his capable staff I am able live a pain free life where I can ride my horses or do anything that I wish to do without having to think about how much pain it will cause. Dr. Wagner gave me my life back! As an update to my previous rating I would like to state that I am now leaving this practice. I have been told after around eight years, that my adjustments are not "medically necessary". As a result, I can either more than double my copay or find a new chiropractor. I will say that Dr Wagner did help me and is a wonderful doctor, however the practice seems to have shifted to other interests and the fact that I have been a client all these years does not seem to matter. Scott Wagner Chiropractic is the best office I’ve found from Charlottesville to Culpeper. Patient care always comes first here.

I’ve been going here for about 5 years now, and I’ve always received excellent care from Dr. Wagner and his team. Throughout my time here, Dr. Wagner has continued to add treatments that are on the cutting edge of medicine, this has allowed me to push through barriers we faced before which has been great. I’m finally getting to a point after 10 years where my pain isn’t controlling my life. I’ve recently been working with Dr. Ben there, and he is always absolutely great to work with. All of the physicians and staff are always a pleasure to work! If you’re dealing with pain of any level, and maybe haven’t had luck at other facilities, I’d definitely recommend coming here and getting checked out. After reluctantly going to visit Scott Wagner chiropractic this week, I was shocked to see that not one employee there, including the chiropractor, was wearing a mask (Governor Northam has issued a mask mandate for businesses and public places) and they were not following CDC guidelines for COVID-19. When I asked Dr. Sterling about why they weren't wearing a mask he told me that my cloth mask did nothing to protect me from the virus, that wearing a mask just made someone more susceptible to getting other viruses and that he didn't want his staff walking around with masks. All very ignorant statements! Dr. Sterling also told me that there wasn't proof that wearing a mask protected anyone from COVID-19 and that if I could show him an article stating otherwise then I should show him. Umm..... Dr. Sterling, it's not my job to educate you on COVID-19. It's your job to protect your staff and patients as best you can by wearing a mask and you are incredibly selfish not to do so! This was my first time visiting this office and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I was able to get in within 2 days after calling. From the front to the back everyone was kind and personable. They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood. I will definitely be recommending this office to others.

I came because I had some mild back pain / shoulder soreness and wanted to stop it at mild. I opted out on the more intrusive / experimental treatments (IV, trigger point injection, platlets, stem cells) and went for the chiro/PT combo. Very nice environment, friendly staff (let Dave know he made the environment super welcoming for me), but at no compromise to professionalism and efficacy. The rehabilitation area is clean. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Always smiling and laughing making the exercises go quickly. Dave took great care of me today. I was satisfied with treatment here for a while, but the process has changed and my last few visits have not been enjoyable. No more heat or electro-stem. Usually have to wait on the exercise equipment. The staff is nice, but this is not the place for me.

They have stuff well put together. I mean what you think can't be fixed, they can fix it, my right hip was really bothering me and after a few procedures of plasma in my joints I can't complain . I guess miracles do happen.

I am a monthly patient. My visit is timely, no long wait. Smiles, pleasant greetings, and kind are just some ways to describe the staff. My check ins are accurate and I always feel better when I leave. I do miss the rolling tables.

I went to Scott Wagner four times. I was charge $75 each visit and was told that they do not accept my insurance. Come to find out that they do take my insurance and my insurance was also paying for my visits. I contacted them several times with no response.

I was resistant at first, but it's the best thing I've done for myself in awhile. I'm feeling better and I'm able to push myself harder at the gym because of all the effort from Dr. Wagner and staff.

Great staff and comfortable atmosphere! Specifically, Matt, Patti, Neree, Dr. Wagner and Jake(Jeff?) the physical trainer were great to work with and helped me make my mind up to keep coming back.

Refused to wear a mask when my immune-compromised and healing friend went to him for pain relief. This is unacceptable.

No mask. They don’t enforce masks, and the two main doctors don’t wear them although they work with a ton of different patients close-contact. (Also funny that they aren’t even 6 feet apart in their television ads, as they say they take social distancing seriously. They don’t.) Some workers wear face shields that are not recommended by CDC, and even the ones in actual masks take them off when they need to talk. Although the people with medical conditions are supposed to show their card as a proof that they are not required to wear a mask, I have not seen a single person go through this procedure for 6 months. When I directed asked an employee why there were more than 5 people without a mask, I was told that I had no right to question anyone because of HIPAA... and that I could get sued for asking. False. HIPAA protects the patients from their information being released without their consent— and it does not and should not limit an individual from simply asking another person to put their mask on. Furthermore, their exercise room is always packed with people without a sign of social distancing. In short, they don’t take this pandemic seriously. No mask. Horrific. He routinely doesn't wear a mask in the height of Covid. I am immunocompromised and he came into my appointment without a mask. He only put one on after I asked him to. After confronting him about his superspreader-choices he said that he doesn't wear them around his staff or in his practice because he has antibodies that protect him.... Either he knows nothing about Covid or he just doesn't care. Either way, he is endangering the lives of hundreds of patients, his staff, and all the people they interact with. Dr. Wagner attempted to severely gaslight me when I confronted him about not wearing a mask, touting his medical degree, and apparent year of no Covid cases.
