A great Doctor, professional and knowledgeable.

Good experience

Took time to give me surgery options and listened to my concerns with more extensive surgery at this time. Felt very comfortable with his recommendations.

The reception desk was the first impression. Very helpful! I didn’t have to wait too long to get into see the nurse and PA The Dr was attentive and to the point

My visit with Dr. Swanson and the office was quick, easy, on time, no waiting (which is nice) and to the point. Everyone cares and wants the best for you.

Worked with him for two years now on my fractured ankle. He keeps trying to make it right. He's very thorough and knowledgeable. I trust him whole heartedly!

Dr Swanson knew exactly how to help my arthritis in my foot. Did an injection that was right on! Very friendly, introduced hmself!

My son broke his ankle falling off his bike. Dr. Swanson was very thorough in explaining his X-rays and was very professional. Would recommend him to others needing an expert!

Great experience with all aspects of the NE Orthopaedic Center

Polite and to the point. Put my worries at ease. I was in and out quickly.

Everything about my experience was great ! Kind knowledgeable staff on time service nice clean environment.

I visited NOC and Dr. Swanson three times. The surgery itself was successful. I feel like my expectations were met for the procedure and recovery. The office experience left a bit to be desired. The buzzers that tell you it's your turn to be seen pile up noisily in a basket. A minor nuisance, but still adds annoyance to an anxious situation. In the exam room, they started asking questions I had already spent about 30 minutes answering online beforehand. Not to mention, some of the info I had entered more than once was not saved properly and is still incorrect (ie home address and social history). This made me feel like I wasted my time at home. The questions could have been asked in the office, as it didn't save any time to do it beforehand. On my last visit, one of the nurses was training a tech and audibly answering the checklist questions. Rather than asking me, she assumed the answers and said I wasn't in pain or in PT. But she didn't ask my pain level and I was in PT.

Dr Swanson is kind without being sappy, earnest without being stodgy. He’s a good listener and I feel like he values me as a person and not just as a patient.

I had a great experience. The surgery was smooth, the follow up appointments were very efficient. I'd recommend Dr. Swanson to anyone.

Dr., Swanson was excellent. He took the time to explain the procedure and what to expect. He treated my husband with dignity and compassion. I highly recommend him.

I never had the opportunity to actually see the Dr. After getting the X-ray results the PA met with me and explained how to take care for a badly broken toe. If anything more serious needed to be done the Dr would have got more involved. I was very satisfied with my visit.

My experience was great start to finish

Just hadmy second surgery performed by Dr. Swanson. He is very knowledgeable and explains the problem, the surgial solution and the outcome one may expect. Post-surgical care is excellent.

He is straight to the point and explains things so you can understand. He is good at what he does and I'm glad that I trusted him with my ankle.

The staff is all lovely, they're knowledgeable and professional and very kind. Dr Swanson himself is not. I met him for my initial consult and I have not seen him since. I did not see him before or after my surgery, nor have I seen him at any follow up visits. At my 6 week followup he was too busy surfing Facebook from another office to come in to see me and sent in a PA instead (who was very nice!). I think Dr. Swanson could learn a lot from other providers in his office, Dr. Bott for example. This all reinforces my initial opinion of him when I met him 6 years ago at a Harvest Moon Hustle, after I explained the procedure Dr. Bott was going to do on my knee he stated "You'll never run again then". 8 months after Dr. Bott's procedure I ran and finished a half marathon. All that said, Dr Swanson did an amazing job of actually operating on my ankle, I just wish that extended to post op treatment. Very efficient and helpful staff.

Dr Swanson is fantastic. He did my foot surgery back in 2010 and explained everything that was going to happen. The whole staff is fantastic.

I have seen Dr Swanson for couple of different issues with my feet throughout the last 8 years, he always explains what I need to do and tells me straight up what procedures he can do to help. He has done some work on me and I was very pleased with the results, I'm looking to have another procedure done on the other foot and I wouldn't see anyone else but Doctor Swanson and not to forget the staff, very Professional. He fused my ankle and I was having some discomfort, so went back to have him check it out. No problems.

Never go to a surgeon that is too quick to cut you open. I trusted him, and I shouldn't have. I now have constant pain. I would never recommend this guy.

Had minor foot surgery on Dec 18, 2020, to shave a bone proturbance and remove aresulting callous, which had gooten infected. After 2 weeks site being wrapped, it was "masserated", the ends of incision healed with the middle wide open. Spent 4 weeks in a cast, have been in a walking shoe now for 3.5 months. It's still not healed. Next stop is a vascular surgeon. Not a happy camper!
