The doctor and staff were very courteous and accommodating. The doctor was great. He explained every step of the procedure. The staff is wonderful.

Dr. Norton and the office ladies are so nice and personable with wonderful bedside manner making you feel at ease!

Dr. Norton was extremely thorough with each step of the root canal process. Unfortunately, it was extra complicated due to a 4th canal, but Dr. Norton took his time to ensure the process was completed. Thankfully, 2 weeks later, my tooth feels great and is again pain free. I would highly recommend Dr. Norton to anyone needing the services of an Endodontist.

Dr. Norton did a fantastic job! I had to have a root canal, and he went above and beyond to to make sure he did a perfect job. Sometimes Dr’s offices can’t feel rushed, but not with Dr. Norton. I knew he was giving me his best work. He made sure he delivered his best work! Minimal pain afterward! Highly recommend! He also had my favorite music playing in the background!

Good experience! Dr Norton and team are great! Nice office. I would recommend. I do wish I was made aware of not accepting dental insurance. I should have asked. I would have given 5 stars if not for that. Thanks

This was my first root canal, and it was my last molar. Dr Norton and his entire staff were so gentle and nice. They ensured not only a pain free experience, but with my level of anxiety in anyone in my space, they made me completely comfortable. If I ever needed again, would only go there. Highly would recommend them to anyone!

I didn’t really know what a root canal was until I had one. Dr. Nortons was amazing at fixing up my root canal and they got me feeling better very quickly. They’re great with the follow up appointments and they made me feel right at home when I’ve visited. Fantastic people, would recommend to anyone needing help with a root canal.

Dr. Norton and his entire staff are the most personable, professional and friendly group. I’m typically someone who dreads dental work, but somehow this group eases my anxiety and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. I really can’t recommend them enough.

Starting off at Dr. Norton office everyone was very welcoming, everyone including Dr. Norton made me feel very comfortable. Very sweet people! This was my first root canal and I was very nervous but the minute I walked in his office I was calmed. Everything was very clean. I have already started recommending him and always will. My visit at the office was very warm and welcoming!!!! Dr. Norton was well versed on my dental needs.

I saw Dr. Norton to diagnose which tooth on my left side that was bothering me. I was in considerable pain. Dr. Norton and his colleagues were extremely gentle and attentive. They used their advanced technology and examination procedures to identify the problem tooth, showed me the area of concern, and scheduled me for a root canal a few days later. I was very pleased. The root canal went extremely well. It's a long and complicated procedure. My tooth was a difficult case because of its location, the depth of its filling, the calcification of my root canals, and the amount of pain I was experiencing. Doctor Norton and his assistant worked steadily and efficiently to numb my tooth, make the necessary egress into my tooth and its canals, and fill them. They explained the process well and kept me apprised of their progress. They also did an excellent job explaining the recovery process and following up with me. It has been approximately three weeks since my procedure. I'm pain free and extremely grateful for their highly professional efforts and expertise. Finally, I want to recognize Dr. Norton and his assistant for their openness and positivity. It really helped me overcome my fear of the procedure.

Dr Norton and his staff were hands down the most professional, sincere and thoughtful staff I have ever worked with. From explaining the insurance, to the x-rays to making sure I was okay through my whole procedure. I can not say enough good things about this staff. Thanks to all of you.

I went from a diagnosis of neuralgia with a “benign condition,” no specialist had been able to identify the root cause of the pain…..until Dr. Norton was able to diagnose and treat the root cause of pain. I was very pleased with the performance of Dr. Norton and his entire staff.

Dr. Norton and his staff are amazing. They made me feel comfortable even knowing that I am afraid of the dentist.

Kind, compassionate and wants what is best for his patients. Dr. Scott did a great job explaining my treatment program and options I had for multiple root canals.

Simply the best--excellent care, top-notch equipment, good results. If you need a root canal, this is the place to go. After the numbing shots wore off, I had almost no pain--slept that night like a baby!!

I found Dr Norton to be both friendly and professional. He kept me informed on everything he was doing. He made sure my tooth was numb so i felt no pain during the procedure. He is vey skilled at what he does. I recommend him highly.

Dr Norton is fantastic at his craft. Extremely professional office staff and procedures. Root canals are obviously no fun but if you must have one then I very highly recommend Dr Norton. He also tries to make the best of the situation for the patient. Extremely thorough!!

Professional, caring, positive experience.

I highly recommend Dr. Norton, he and his team are amazing. They are friendly, professional, and compassionate. They made everything so easy, explained it clearly and make you so comfortable during the procedure.

If you need a root canal, this is the place to go! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the procedure was excellent—no pain during or after the procedure. The dental staff followed up twice after the procedure to make sure everything went well. Excellent dentist and excellent customer service!

Dr. Norton is a Brilliant Endodontist . His staff is equally professional sharing the same goal of patient comfort while performing every proceedure with skill and efficiency. I have been a patient of Dr. Norton’s for 8-10 years and have never experienced Pain during any proceedure. I would not choose any other practice than his for endodontics. Excellent dentist and staff. Got me in quickly the same day when I told them I had tooth pain, after another dentist turned me down. Very knowledgeable and state of the art technology. The entire staff including Dr. Norton were very friendly and kind. Highly recommend.

I brought a non English speaking friend to the practice for a root canal. Dr. Norton and his assistants did a truly excellent job of communicating and making her feel comfortable, and instructions were very clear. Completely satisfied with this service.

Dr. Norton and his staff are truly concerned about the patient’s welfare. I had a cracked right upper molar root causing me great pain. It took awhile to diagnose. The crack wasn’t visible to other dentists so I went to Dr. Norton. The crack was diagnosed by Dr. Norton within minutes. He took a 3-D cat scan and showed me the crack. He said even though he is all about saving teeth, he recommended extraction because a root canal would fail in my case. He does not do extractions as he is solely an endodontist, so he recommended other places to go for the tooth extraction. He is truly concerned for the patient’s welfare. He is also meticulous about diagnosing a difficult problem. As the other reviews state, he treated me really well and the staff made me feel at home. Dr Norton assured I was numb, wrapped in a blanket and kept me occupied with great music and conversations. I was so relaxed I sometimes fell asleep. I had a severe infection and my dentist referred me to Scott. I did not know that 3-D imaging was available for dentistry. Scott was able to pinpoint the problems and provide the solution quickly and painlessly. I’m certainly glad I went to Scott and will highly recommend him.

I have had many root canals unfortunately. My experience with Dr Norton and staff has been by far the Best! From the moment I walked in till the moment I left they had everything to put me at ease. Dr Norton is entertaining too. Helps with the nerves. I'm even going back for another in couple of weeks.

Truly loved the experience. I have had previous root canals that were pain free but this one was pain free and entertaining. The staff is awesome and makes you feel like family with them. Can't say enough good about Dr. Norton and his office. I let a tooth ache go way to long and was in agony when I saw my regular dentist at 3 p.m. one afternoon. She contacted Dr. Norton, who got me in immediately, with he and his staff staying late to do a root canal. They are a very friendly staff who chatters in a manner take keeps you relaxed in a less than comfortable situation. I highly recommend Dr. Scott Norton and his staff!
