Dr. Scott Michael Needle

All my 3 children’s went with Dr Needle and he was great and my kids love him. He listen to all the problem that my kids have medically. The only thing I have a problem is the front desk not very friendly at all. Specially now that Dr Needle is not here in Naples I don’t find it going back to that office. I called 3 days ago for my daughter physical copy and vaccination and I haven’t heard from them since now.. I called them and they say they will call me back but they never did. Now got to find a different dr and place for my kids ..

At first he was very nice and at least acted concerned. As time went on, he was condescending and at times rude. After reviewing her medical records from Creekside pediatrics, it’s clear he and others were negligent. We are paying the price now. Do yourself a favor and keep your kids far away from this practice.

Dr. Needle is an amazing doctor. I am very happy with how he has treated my children. One of my children has a genetic disorder and Dr. Needle was a big part of us discovering this after visiting doctor after doctor trying to find out what was going on with our son. With that being said, the front office staff at his office is awful! They are rude, unaccommodating and unapologetic for it. Tough when you love the doctor but the front office is difficult.
