Tracy, John, did you read your agreements??? Independent contractors have separate insurance arrangements. You assumed too much supposing that SLPA would be covered by your limited insurance arrangements. Mercy selects the best providers for their services, not your cheapest.
Supposed to have been an in-network doctor at the Mercy hospital where I had my surgery. Billed for reading results as an out-of-network facility. Just 1 cog in a completely screwed up healthcare system.

Uses two groups and bills as out of network to read lab results. Shady practice to try and make more money in a system that he should be kicked out of. When you have a billing issue, good luck getting a hold of anyone at his call service.
