Dr. Scott M Kaszuba

I honestly can’t wrap my head around the negativity about Dr. Kaszuba. He has never been anything but courteous and caring with me. I’ve had thyroid surgery and he is very conscientious about making sure I have regular tests to make sure that my levels are good and that there are no more abnormalities with what’s left of my thyroid. I have, and will continue to, recommend him to everyone I know. I have a very picky friend who is also a patient and raves about Dr. Kaszuba. He is fantastic.

Dr Kaszuba is great! As someone who doesn’t like going into the Doctors office I can honestly say it was a very stress free environment. I definitely would recommend Dr Kaszuba if you are looking for a great ENT. Great experience!

Horrible experience! This physician took total advantage of my 21 year old son who came in for an appointment and used his Blue Cross Insurance to the fullest!! Failed to explain what was being performed and billed to the MAX! Totally unethical! He should be barred from practicing medicine period! My next call is to the American Medical Association! We have been going to Dr. Kaszuba for years. He is excellent and we trust him 100%. He is very honest, personable, and knowledgeable

Dr. Kaszuba corrected my subglotic stenosis at the age of 46. It was a condition that was slowly suffocating me. Even though I have lived with it all my life, for the past five years I was dying one day at a time. Even a simple walk was difficult and no longer enjoyable. Today, two days after surgery, I took the best walk of my life and feel like I am newly reborn. I can breath and feel like anything is possible again. I can walk, run, talk and sing. Thank you Dr. Kaszuba. I will be forever grateful. Not only is he an awesome surgeon, he was kind, compassionate and forthcoming. He restored my faith in western medicine. Thank you again! This doctor should not be in practice. I was having ringing in my ears with a sinus infection. He had me take a hearing test to see if I had hearing loss which I had some. He had a graph showing my hearing loss and went through that graph so fast I could not understand at all. I also have a heart condition tachycardia where my heart races. He did not even look at my chart and gave me steroids that made my heart rate go up to 120 beats per minute and my blood pressure to 190/90. I almost went to the emergency room. This doctor is very incompetent. I warn anyone who looks at this to fine another doctor.

Dr. Kaszuba helped my 2 year old with his ear infections by performing delicate surgery and inserting tubes into his ears - I recommend this doctor to anyone with children he knows what he is doing.

My daughter had tubes put in by Dr. Kaszuba. my son had his adenoids removed by Dr. Kaszuba and my husband has seen Dr. Kaszuba for sleep study issues. Our family is thrilled with the expert, patient, thorough manner that Dr. Kaszuba and his team treated all of our family with. As far as surgeons go, Dr. Kaszuba has the best “bedside manner” that I’ve encountered in my life.

Dr Kascuba performed surgery on my young child (2 at the time). Our consultation to decide on surgery was less than 5 mins, the meeting before surgery about the same. I felt like I was part of an assembly line with barely a thought from the doctor. The day of surgery was so bad that 2 nurses made negative remarks about how the doctor was cramming in his surgeries and getting his numbers. Awful response from his nurse, zero follow up post surgery. Our Pediatrician had to help and deal with some fairly serious post surgery issues. I would never recommend this doctor and regret listening to some friends who happen to be part of his social circle and recommended him.

My son had his tonsils removed by dr Kaszuba a few years ago. He prescribed him Tylenol w/ codiene for his pain. My then 3 y/o became lethargic with a high fever after surgery which would not go down with Tylenol. So I had Dr paged and he old me he probably had pneumonia from surgery and told me to continue Tylenol with codiene and bring him to his ped. Dr in the morning. His Dr said codiene slows breathing and could have killed my son if I proceeded with meds like told. Which even I knew!!

As a former patient of Dr. Kaszuba and future doctor (med student here), I highly advise against seeing him especially for dizziness or inner ear issues. I saw him quite a few years ago after developing an ear infection that left me feeling very dizzy all the time. Vertigo is complex, but that isn’t a reason to dismiss it. He dismissed it and told my parents that they would need to take me to Mayo Clinic. I learned from him the kind of doctor I do not want to be. His nurse was also very rude.

Dr. Kazuba is the best helped me when no one knew what was going on! Came up with the answers multiple allergyies and best solutions cant say enough about him!

Fantastic ENT! Has helped three generations of my family.

Highly recommend Dr. Kaszuba to anyone looking to get tubes for their kids. He helped our 19 month old and made this so easy on us. His professional demeanor and intelligence in practice made it so easy on us. Highly recommend him and his staff. Great people and even better professionals.

Dr. Kaszuba is really great - he recently performed a tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy on my 7 yr old. During the office visit, he was very personable, extremely open to questions and I never once felt rushed. The surgery went smoothly and I couldn't have hoped for a better experience for my daughter. Just an all-around excellent doctor!

Dr Kaszuba took the time to listen and understand the issues I was describing; my condition is not straight forward so I appreciate him brainstorming and problem solving options with me including getting a CT Scan ordered for me to rule out sinus structure issues.

A very good doctor, very knowledgeable and easy to talk with about your problems.

Dr. Kashuba needs to work on his bedside manner. I will not return to this doctor ever. Too many good ENTs in Naperville who are knowledgable and have great bedside manners. My family and I won't be back. Great nurses and office staff. They get an A+ for knowledge and empathy.

Dr. Kaszuba was recommended by the Midwest Balance Center, for my labrynthitis/vestibular loss. Dr. Kaszuba helped me get rid of my vertigo and sinus problems quickly. He and his PA, Carrie Ann, are very knowledgeable, compassionate and easy to talk to. They answered my questions and helped me to educate myself and gain control of my health. Wait times were short. But expect to spend some time at the office, as they are not a 'patient herding practice. Exams are usually pretty complete.

He took both of my girls' tonsils out on same day. He took incredible care of them and kept us well informed!

We love Dr. Kaszuba! My son has had two surgeries with him. The first was for ear tubes and removal of adenoids and the second was for a second set of tubes. Dr. Kaszuba explained everything to us and both surgeries couldn't have gone any better due to his high level of care. I am so happy that I chose Dr. Kaszuba as the ENT for my son. He can now hear so well and is doing excellent in school.

We had a really bad experience with this doctor. We visited this doctor for my child's ear tube surgery. Tubes were out of ears in less than 4 months, and doctor was not able to answer most of the concerns.
