I visited Dr Grevey in 7/7/2020 for my yearly exam. When I received the bill, it stated that I owed for a procedure that had not been performed. I spent a lot of time with the billing and this was looked at. In 2019 I did have that procedure performed. Was it a copy and paste error? The dr office was requested a follow up. I received a bill 3 months later with the same charge....no follow-up by the provider was returned. I just received the same bill yeterday (5/13/2021)....again, my time was spent trying to get this resolved. The solution...ignore the bill and the billing dept will again request a review by the provider. The absurdity is unreal! How long will I wait for the response? Or will I simply receive another bill. I WON'T GIVE UP UNTIL THIS IS RESOLVED SATISFACTORILY.

Excellent, Dr. Grevey and his staff, explained the process to me, they made me feel at ease. I would definitely choose Dr. Grevey and his staff again

Let me begin by stating this review is not about Dr. Grevey him self but his office billing practice. I made an appointment to have a mole on my arm looked at it had become painful after several years and I had 2 black heads on my back that had been there for some time that I could not reach well and therefore could never get out entirely on my own. The nurse practitioner looked at my mole and immediately told me any treatment would not be covered by insurance as it would be considered cosmetic and would be approximately 400 out of pocket. I opted to do nothing with the mole at that time. She then did a visual skin check and said everything looks good. She went to leave and I mentioned the blackheads and she grabbed a extractor and while I was standing attempting to replace my shirt she squeezed the 2 from my back, this literally took 20 seconds. I was in and out of the exam room in less than 15 min. When I received my bill my insurance adjustment was 388 , I had paid my 40 0 copay and still had 1250 balance for "acne surgery". I called to inquire about this charge and was informed comedone extraction is considered surgery because it pierces the skin. I explained the 20 second procedure and got no where with the billing/coding person in the office. bottom line I think 1250 for 20 seconds of work is ludicrous so just be fore warded.

This practice is amazing I have been coming here for years. The Staff in the Fairfield location is always pleasant and outgoing. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I have never met a more informative and compassionate Doctor. Dr. Grevey did a great job and the staff was beyond sweet. I was at ease throughout the entire visit. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent physician. I had Mohs surgery twice on my nose and the results were very positive.

Everyone explains in detail what needs to be done, when, and possible outcome. My procedure went very well. I did have to wait longer than they were hoping but that was due to another's procedure taking longer, it put everyone behind. I hope if I have a procedure that takes longer everyone understands. Dr. Grevey was excellent in his calmness even though he was running behind. I felt I had everyone's attention when it was my turn. Thanks everyone for taking great care of me.
