Absolutely horrible experience!! My husband who is a veteran & a retired Marine wanted to see this doctor but I was told by Janet "we don't accept Tri-Care". The only issue is that Tri-Care can be used anywhere. There is in network & out of network. We were willing to pay the additional amount to go out of Network but they just refuse to bill Tri-Care. Janet hung up on me because she didn't understand the facts. I wouldn't take my pet mouse to anyone who turns away Veterans!!!
