Great Doctor, Takes the time to visit with patients and find issues before they flare up. Highly recommend

Dr. Bilyeu and Melissa Edwards are great and provide excellent care. However, HSHS Medical Group makes things extremely difficult. It typically takes a 10-15 minute call (sometimes longer) to speak to someone about an appointment. It has also taken 14 business days (and counting) to simply get a referral because the referral process for HSHS involves a "referral office." Other than the office of Dr. Bilyeu and Melissa Edwards itself, HSHS provides poor patient care and is definitely NOT a patient first organization.

Dr. Bilyeu is very kind and knowledgeable. He was very willing to explain things and was not rushed as many doctors are. I would definitely do recommend him!

Dr Bilyeu is extremely caring, takes time with his patients and will do what is in his power to help you anyway he can. He listens, is open to ideas and bends over backwards for his patients. I highly recommend him!!

attempt to schedule an appointment...wait time loading (1 month initiated). talk about ongoing problems. prescription: 1 full week of slightly stronger than OTC medication and prescribed stretching later, problems persist. Problem: 1, Doctor: 0 Called back in to follow up, set for 'wait time loading': (3 months) seriously, is this what healthcare looks like? ignore the patient, prescribe your own set of bulls--t and when the bulls--t doesnt work, maybe time will? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
