I love Dr. Bateman, but his wait time is ridiculous! I schedule the first appointment after lunch *always* and I always wait for him at least an hour. The staff is really great though, super friendly and they will assist in any way possible. The thing I love about Dr. Bateman is that he gives you as much time as you need. He listens to your problems/issues and works with you (most of the time) to resolve them. He draws his own blood and you can't feel a thing! He's very involved & I love it.
