BJI has alway been great!!! It’s the only place I go!!!

Checkin was easy. Wait was optimal compared to the last time which was 3 years ago. NP and doctors were kind, informative and provided me with options. Overall a good visit.

My experience exceeded expectations. From the initial exam of a Grade 5 AC Separation of my left shoulder, to the prompt scheduling and successful completion of my surgery, all of the friendly staff at BJIT and WMC made me feel relaxed, calm and respected. Everyone acknowledged and openly accepted my religious stand on abstaining from blood transfusions, and their kind respectful attitudes reassured me that I was receiving excellent care from medical professionals who took pride in their expertise and education. Thank you Dr. Arthur for continuing to provide excellent care during my recovery.

Very professional takes time to talk with you and explain what's wrong and the different options to fix the problem. First time to see Dr. Arthur but very impressed with him. I would give him and the entire staff A+++++

I came in with concerns regarding a recently dislocated right shoulder. Before arriving, my chart had two radiologists saying different things about a prior x-ray. Dr. Arthur helped clarify and aid in finding out what exactly was going on. He is a very kind, respectful, and caring individual at this facility. The wait was extremely short and the entire experience at Bone and Joint helped significantly. I would recommend Dr. Arthur to anyone who has a medical situation. He empathizes with his patients and it is very apparent that he does all he humanly can to be an advocate for the patient. A great doctor and person. Had a very positive experience. Doctor explained everything and provided next steps for continued recovery.

Dr. Arthur is a RELATABLE Physician. He listens; does not speak to you as ‘beneath’ him…and provides a thorough exam. And does fine remedial work on the shoulder complex…(at least mine)! I expect him to do the same on my opposite side.

Great Dr and staff!

My entire experience was great!! From the time I got there, until the time I left, it was excellent! Dr. Arthur thoroughly explained my diagnosis and put me at ease. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Arthur and the team at the Bone & Joint Surgery Center made my broken arm experience the best it could have been. They were attentive to my requests and needs, so warm and kind. This is twice I have been under Dr. Arthur's care, and both times he was transparent and made the best recommendation for treatment of my knee. I highly recommend him. He is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate.

Dr. Arthur ad well as the staff at BJIT were very attentive to my shoulder pain. Full explanation was given to me as to Issues involved. Dr. Arthur explained immediate treatment as well as the potential long term treatment.

Dr. Arthur was great and took the time to go over my symptoms and was able to treat me during the same visit. He was conscientious and thorough in his approach. I highly recommend.

Meeting Dr. Arthur for the first time was basically to go over my surgery details. Just spending that little time with him he assured me of everything and went over everything with me. So far he’s been absolutely wonderful to deal with and I have scheduled my knee surgery for the middle of November. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Arthur!! We were early for our appointment and were seen right away. The appt was for my 13 year old son and Dr. Arthur was kind and thorough. We will definitely go to him for all our orthopedic needs and we highly recommend him!!

I have been seeing some of the doctors associated with this group since late 1990’s. I typically feel very comfortable knowing such great professionals are taking care of me. This time unfortunately is the complete opposite. I was referred to Dr. Arthur from another provider, since Dr. Arthur’s expertise was in the line of work he felt I needed. I have never waited as long to see the doctor as I did this day. When he finally came in the room, I felt like I had already been “dismissed”. He never took the time to sit and talk with me with his undivided attention. When I did ask questions he kept repeating himself with the same answer, which was in a nutshell; I can’t do anything about it, and just learn to live with it. The complete lack of empathy and compassion given by Dr. Arthur was below sub-par. I really like the other providers in this practice, but would not recommend anyone see Dr. Arthur. It was a complete waste of time, and when I left I not only was upset that I had more questions than when I came, felt like I was a “lost cause”, and was angry that I let a doctor dismiss me. I highly recommend Bone and Joint Institute of Franklin!! The staff was very friendly. The wait time to see the doctor was minimal. Dr Arthur and the nurses were extremely nice. Dr Arthur is great!!

Injections & blood draws are not fun, but Nurse Brandon is the "king of needles" and he explained everything I needed to know about PRP. Dr. Arthur has amazing bedside manner and was a natural at building rapport and making me feel comfortable. Beautiful building with an open concept that puts everyone at ease, especially during COVID-19. Dr. Arthur is an excellent physician but it’s his love of people and desire to help them that sets him apart. He’s an excellent doctor and an even better person.

Dr Arthur was fabulous - he put my daughter at ease and she was so excited for a cast! We especially loved spending time with the lovely nurse that made the cast - she felt like family when we left! Thank you for taking such good care of children - and their mamas!

Went in with hip pain. Thought it was arthritis but diagnosed as bursitis and started treatment. Immediately had some relief.

My appointment was at 3:35 and I did not get called back until 4:05. I know that's not a great wait time, but I truly appreciate when my time is valued.
