Very friendly and professional atmosphere. Competent staff for all aspects from greeting at check in to actual procedure performed.

The staff was compassionate and flexible about rescheduling me around winter storm Landon, and there was plenty of useful information on the website. The office is very well organized and comfortable in every area. Dr. Alperin's awesome safari slideshow helped me relax, and his expert extraction of an upper molar is healing up rapidly.

Everything went very smoothly from check-in to the procedure to departure. Dr. Alperin is an expert to say the least. I am sure you could not find a more qualified person anywhere. One disconcerting feature of the visit was that a patient (male) arrived without a mask. This in spite of signs indicating masks are required. It is too much to ask staff to enforce the mask mandate. If there is security in the building it should be summoned in such situations. To reiterate, Dr. Alperin is an expert's expert.

Visit went extremely well. Had a tooth extraction which was quick.

Dr. Alperin extracted a large tooth yesterday. It was completely painless, and still is painless with no swelling! He is kind and really cares about you. He also has performed root canal procedures and tooth extractions for my wife, also without pain and with great results. Dr. Alperin is great!

This was my third experience with Dr. Fried. In each case, he extracted a tooth with care and concern for me as a person, not just my tooth. He was sensitive to my anxiety, and was calming. In each case, I had very little pain afterwards, and he called me to check on my progress two days later. His facility is always clean, and his staff are courteous and professional. I would return to him in the future if the need arises.

Dr. Alperin is very professional and made me feel very at ease during my tooth extraction. His staff is just as professional and showed concern for my well-being. Scheduling was easy. All questions were answered in detail.

Great guy. Very professional. Tons of experience. He was frank about my tooth issue, and he explained in some detail the procedure that would be used during my next visit. I was well prepared for my surgery.

I’ve been to Dr. Alperin previously for wisdom teeth and he did a good job. However, when I had surgery for realignment of my lower jaw, he did a horrible job. To begin, during my consultation with my mother, he spoke about his safari trip and flying around in a jet. He also seemed to be hitting on my mother (gross). He didn’t seem to be all there. I have pictures before and after the surgery. My midline of my front teeth happen to be off by a millimeter or two. My bite is not aligned and doesn’t sit perfectly (after a surgery like this, it should). I currently work in surgical device sales and I attend orthopedic surgeries on a daily basis. At the time of this surgery I was unaware of the possibility of revision surgery. I should have demanded it to be redone. My orthodontist even said “it may have to be redone.” I do not recommend Dr. Alperin for serious jaw surgery. I struggle everyday with my bite and will have to have additional surgery in the future.

Dr. Alperin removed a family member's tooth. Now, it was my turn to have a decayed wisdom tood removed. Great experience. No pain during extraction, little bleeding, one day watching tv - not because of discomfort, but because the motrin made me lethargic. At work on Day 2, no pills, no discomfort.

Dr. Alperin has done several tooth implants for me. In every case, my experience was positive. His work was excellent from beginning to end. He is kind, caring, skilled and pleasant. I'd give him an A+.

Dr.Alpren best oral surgeon around!! He made me feel very calm and at ease, as nervous as I was. His voice was very calming and soothing and a very gentle kind man!!! Also the office staff was very kind and helpful! Wonderful place overall!

I love Dr Alperin everyone I knew recommended him to remove my 4 impacted wisdom teeth including my dentist. I wouldn’t trust anyone else he’s the best. I was really scared for this procedure but after meeting him I felt much less nervous. He is funny, personable, friendly & confident in his work. This procedure went incredibly smooth. I had them removed around 8am today, it’s now 11pm & I feel perfectly fine. He also called to check in which was extremely comforting & thoughtful. Loved my experience here! Caring and very personable and professional individual. The office staff is first rate as well. He listened to my requests and performed my surgery with gentleness and I had a great outcome. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Alperin.

I was very nervous about the tooth extraction. The entire staff were outstanding. From when I called to ask questions to today when I left after the procedure. They had all the answers to every question and made me feel very comfortable. I would suggest that you only use Dr. Scott Alperin.

Never in my 68 years have I had such an awful experience at the dentist. Dr. Alperin is an arrogant , egotistical man, with no bedside manners. Don’t go to him.

I had a wisdom tooth pulled several weeks ago by Dr. Alperin. Felt no pain when I was numbed, no pain during the extraction (which took 3 or 4 minutes) and no pain when I got home and get this, no pain for weeks thereafter. Calm demeanor, nice conversationalist and a calming surgical room. My experience with him was one of excellence.

I feel so lucky we landed in the hands of Dr. Alperin and his staff. My 6 year old son who was born with a heart condition needed two teeth extracted. Because of his previous medical condition, it's always important we get the best physicians. Without knowing beforehand, I told my close friends that our dentist referred us to Dr. Alperin, and that he was doing the procedure. All of their responses were along the lines of, "He's the best in the city". And they were right!

Dr. Alperin has been my oral surgeon for the past 30 years. Most recently he extracted 7 teeth and placed several implants. He is an excellent doctor and really explains everything to you. His office is also really well run. Dr. Alperin is exceptionally skilled in every aspect of my dental care.

Having seen Dr. Alperin for a second opinion I was impressed with his skill set compared to the first maxillo-facial surgeon.

I have gone to him for 2 different procedures and both were done very well. He is very easy to talk to if you have any questions and explains everything to you in an understandable way. Would highly recommend.

Had my wisdom teeth extracted. Was harder than expected. Fair enough, can happen. As a physician myself I know. However the post surgery information was inadequate. I had to google a lot of queries I had on other oral surgeons website. Very unfriendly nurse who assisted him. Her attitude left a bad taste in my mouth. Both during surgery and on follow up visit. Would not recommend his practice just because of that.

Nurse resisted my asking for window shade to be lowered for less glare during the procedure. Not appreciated, they certainly know that patients are nervous and seek to be comfortable. Doc is very competent, extractions remarkably quick. But UNACCEPTABLE is his arrogant, one-sided political commentary during procedure with patient unable to respond. Other support staff is well-informed, sensitive and courteous.

Dr. Alperin extracted all four of my son's wisdom teeth. The pre-operation communication and care from Dr. Alperin and his staff was reassuringly comprehensive, understandable, and kind. The procedure itself was superbly smooth, and the results were perfect. Everything went exactly was he said it would, and the recovery has been as easy as we could have hoped. Our entire family, and especially my son, feel like we have received the best possible care from Dr. Alperin and his staff.

Had all 4 wisdoms teeth extracted. Was nervous for procedure but Dr Fried and his staff are so friendly and gentle and the procedure went real smooth. A+ service.

I have had the opportunity to be serviced by Dr. Fried and his associates on two occasions in the last two years. In both instances I found his knowledge, punctuality and efficiency to be exceptional. He answered all my questions thoroughly and in a comprehensible manner with patience. His demeanor and that of his staff were always pleasant, hospitable and professional. Even when discussing his fees (with respect to what was covered under my plan's woefully out of date coverage levels) Dr. Fried was not the least put out but explained things to my satisfaction. Dr. Alperin is a very smart man, he really knows what hes doing, and is confident in his work. Throughout my whole experience with him i never once felt like i was scared, or couldn't trust him. He made sure to tell me everything i needed to know and was very personable. I trusted Dr. Alperin 100% with performing my upper jaw surgery. Couldn't have chosen a better surgeon!
