An incredible Neurologist! So easy to talk with and really cares for his patients. Amazing compassion and so knowledgeable. Just found out he is retiring and we are so upset.

Dr. Fechtel is a fabulous Neurologist. He listens, very important.

The best Dr.you will ever meet. He will help you 100%. I've been his patient for many years and he's been my lifeline. I'm forever grateful for him. He needs 20 star review!

I will never go anywhere else. I have severe chronic neck pain and migraines and Dr. Fechtel is truly amazing. He is attentive and genuinely cares about his patients. It is an hour drive for me both ways to see him, but it is more than worth it to know that I am in good hands with him.

I have seen many neurologists in my past as I move often for work. I will fly back to Phoenix specifically to receive Fechtel’s unparalleled care.

I have seen Dr Fechtel for at least 13 years and he is one of the last humble, great bed side mannered doctors I've ever met. It will be a very sad day when he retires. He has treated my chronic low back pain and neck pain with migraines superbly. His migraine clinic allows you to come in for a toradol shot without an appt at any time and he does Saturdays as well. So glad, I waited for Dr. Fechtel's availablity to be seen by the best!! This was my best experience dealing with a medical professional ever, he is absolutely the best. He truly listens to you, takes his time with you & puts you at comfort as he does his assessment. Been a patient here for years. Everyone is so personable and helpful, and Dr Fechtel is nothing short of amazing. It is well worth the drive time since I have moved and the cash out of pocket, due to insurance coverage changes, to be able to still see Dr Fechtel. Even paying cash, his rates are very reasonable. I have never experienced a higher level of compassion and care than that I receive from this amazing man and his staff. I have seen Dr. Fecthel for 10 years. He is a uniquely gifted healer. He combines the best of modern medicine with a caring, reflective and comforting demeanor. I feel better just being in his presence! He is a skillful diagnostician. He diagnosed my condition by looking at the rash on my hand. I take advantage of his Chiropractor care as well. I am very angry at the ACA market place. In Tucson we have a lack of trained providers and are forced to see residents or worst interns. The ACA has taken away the state wide system. There's no other Neurologist quite like Dr. Fechtel. It's easy for someone to say they understand something, but Dr. Fechtel truly has empathy for his patients. He has a great understanding of Migraines and highly recommend him for anyone who's having such issues.

I was referred to Dr. Fechtel and he has been a huge asset to my medical care. He is great at communicating and explaining what is wrong, specifically. He takes time to explain what you need and why you need it. I am very glad to have been told about him. I am a cash pay patient and it is very affordable for me to see him. I would highly recommend him.

Best doctor you will ever find.

I would highly recommend this place! I found everyone to be very friendly and the wait time was fast! :) wich is unheard-of for a specialist. Dr. Fechtel was very genuine and quite humorous, very thorough and had a great way of helping me understand migraines. Finally thanks to him and the wonderful staff I'm going to get my life back!
