All along this journey he and his amazing staff have been supportive and always affirmative. I feel that my concerns and fears were heard and validated. Dr Roayaie and his staff took one of the most terrifying diagnoses one can get and just smoothed the waters. They calmly helped me and my family get through those early scary days because they responded to our concerns quickly. Waiting can be so hard when you have scary questions. Dr. Roayaie operated on my mother in 2011. She had hepatocellular carcinoma. It was growing very aggressively and thankfully we got 4 more years with my mother due to his skill. The tumor had grown into her portal vein. He removed the portal vein in the surgery and cleaned it out. I don't believe we would have had the extra time with my mother if we had chose a different surgeon.

I was praying for a doctor like this to walk into my life and he was there for me exactly when I needed him. I had a pancreatic tumor which was affecting my life on a daily basis and he was recommended to me by the best surgeons in WP hospital. He was recommended to me as " best in his field " and truly, not only is he an excellent surgeon, but he was kind and approachable. Dr Roayaie was not rushing me when I was coming to his office for my pre-op appointments with many questions and he gave me all the information I needed. Then he performed a life saving procedure on me and yet I was out of the hospital in less then a week without any complications. Yes, 1 week - no Intensive Care Unit, no long recovery process, nothing - after a pancreatic surgery!!! I work in Critical care, I had taken care of many patients after a pancreatic procedure, but nothing prepared me for this. He is one of a kind and I owe him my life! Doctor Roayaie is an amazing individual that saved my life. His bed side manner was incredible. He took the time at any moment of the day to answer any question that I could come up with.

I had surgery with Dr. Roayaie 11 years ago. In addition to my follow up appointments he is always quick to answer any question or concern that arises between appointments. Additionally he explains everything so I can understand what is going on and I can honestly assess and research my options so I can make sure I'm getting the right treatment for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Roayaie to anyone.
