They received a referral from my GP, I called and talked with someone with the promise of a return call, and sent them an email.......no response to all 3 mechanisms.

I've been seeing Dr.Mir and recently Dr. Hall and a resident. I have never been treated with anything other than courtesy and consideration of my time. From the front desk to Miss Kristi they have gone above and beyond to help with insurance and referrals. Its too bad the others had poor experiences, but I encourage anyone that wants individual time and attention instead of the feeling of being just a patient number to come here for care. Lousy office, poor quality work

Was a long time patient of Dr. Mir and agree with the other patients. He is a nice doctor but has no clue on how to run an office. Patient care is sub par and would recommend to use one of the other more qualified doctors in the area. Ex. Waited close to 2hrs for a 10 min visit. Other people were seen before me when I was there before them. Excuse was they had a new computer system they were trying to figure out. I love Dr Mir and Heather Hall. They have always been very caring and understand of my condition. I have Parkinsons disease.

I have never encountered an office more poorly run. Truly a completely incompetent staff. The other reviews I saw indicated this but I had to experience it for myself. Please use any other neurologist in the area. There are several with 5-star ratings. You don't want to waste your time, money or health here.

Very poor service. I never received my new patient papers in the mail. While filling them out before my EEG.. I was called back for the test. The nurse.. while very nice and tried to make me comfortable. I was supposed to be in a state of a nap. On the outside of there door I could hear loud bangs from doors being opened and closed and also people talking. Then I went to see the DOCTOR. Bedside manor awful. Without him knowing my history of back pain and osteoarthritis in my hips. He had me do several stability tests. Then he had me on the table and again I should say he had no idea I had back problem nor did he know I have been cutting meat in a 35 degree room for 22 years. He turned my head forcefully to the left then to the right and in between this he shoved me up and down in a sit up and lay down position. I told him to watch out.. I have a bad back. Then he continued to tell me that I looked tired and I looked stressed out. I told him I did NOT have what they call “white coat syndrome”. He didn’t hear a word I said and referred me to a ENT dr. Dr. Mir is a nice person, but has no spine to STAND UP AGAINST MISDIAGNOSIS. Wait time long over appointment time often. MRI RESULTS DENIED OR UNDIAGNOSED. NERVE FUNCTION TEST is questionable since I was tested elsewhere with Moderate/Severe results. Doctors will OFTEN DENY DISABILITIES & FOLLOW PREVIOUS MISDIAGNOSIS by OTHER DOCTORS instead of DOING WHAT IS RIGHT, Doctors often look out for each other NOT THE PATIENT. Incompetent office staff. Horrible experience!! I wouldn't go back here if he was the last neurologist on earth!!

Went for testing for headaches including migraine and other issues including orthostatic hypotension. Specifically told him I had migraines and OH. He even has a sign right inside his door stating they treat both. Tests ordered by primary, not for either issue, came back negative, so he ignored the things I said and refused to even look at the issues I went in with.

Very poor quality service from this office. They have a high turnover, wait time & left my husband a long time patient without a medication refill for over a week. THIS MEDICATION CANNOT BE GONE OFF COLD TURKEY BUT HE WAS LEFT WITHOUT SEIZURE MEDICATION FOR ALMOST 5 days. After seeing several specialists, Dr. Mir finally gave me the answers I was looking for. He is very professional, thorough and provided me with great patient care. I would highly recommend him to friends and family for Neurology care.

I was initially happy with the care I received for migraines from MIR neurology. However, it seems like their business has been falling apart. I've had numerous appointments cancelled because they didn't "have a provider" that day. I also haven't seen the same provider more than once. Some occasions I've waited in the waiting room for over 2 hours. I've listened to other clients complain about the wait as well. I hoped getting the 1st appt of the day would be quick, but I've been waiting 30 min

I found Dr. Mir to be very caring and and totally focused on his work! He's not chatty, because he is working....working for you to evaluate you correctly! He takes his time and he doesn't rush as most doctors do! I was very impressed! He even prints out his notes and results for you to either read or keep for your records. I had to wait a little while in the exam room, after tests; but, I understood that after meeting him and watching him work to evaluate me! Excellent doctor!

Dr. Mir is an excellent doctor. However, since going to his office, I have been pushed off to three of his practicing apprentices. I don't mind that. What I do mind is incredibly rude office staff on the front desk who can't seem to be organized if their life depended on it!!! I have had multiple occasions that they have called and told me I have an appointment, only to show up on a day when no provider is available! It's a waste of time and gas and never so much as an apology is offered!!!
