Dr. Sarat Ganga

In 9/2021, Dr Ganga repaired our son’s shoulder which was broken in 3 places due to a hit and run while riding his bicycle. The repair was beautiful and our son has had no issues; hardly any pain and it was fast healing. He did awesome work! I am going to contact him in hopes that he will repair my almost completely torn rotator cuff.

I can't possibly give enough thanks to Dr. Ganga but I will try! His skilled hands put me on the path to recovery. I required multiple surgeries and external fixation due to a trauma that put me in the emergency room at Wake Med Hospital. I can't express how happy I am that Dr. Ganga was my surgeon while I was there. Not only did his skill put me on the path of recovery but he truly cares about you as a person going through these experiences. He took the time to speak with my family while I was hospitalized as he was completing the necessary surgeries. He answered questions and explained the process. At my post-op follow ups at his practice was where I learned he is as good of a person as he is a surgeon. He took the time to listen and discuss, to prepare me for what this recovery process would be like, and to assure me that all was well along the way. I didn't meet him by choice however, I consider myself lucky to have met him when I did. If I ever require selective orthopedic surgery I can't imagine going anywhere else. I love Dr. Ganga he is an excellent orthopedic, nice, friendly, takes his time.

Dr. Ganga is awesome! My mom took a fall and after a month of PAs not knowing what to do and refusing to dig any deeper to figure it out, Dr. Ganga stepped in, knew exactly what needed to be done and did it. He was very easy to talk to, listened to our concerns and even personally reached out to us when surgery had to be pushed back 2 hours. I wish all doctors could be more like Dr. Ganga.

Dr. Ganga and his residents in the hospital, as well as his office staff treated me with respect, compassion, and professionalism. I was in an automobile accident in September, and was admitted to Wake Med main campus. I had two surgeries, External Fixation and ORIF( open reduction internal fixation) of my right ankle. I was in the hospital for 7 days and was pleased by the relationship between the nurses and my doctors. They kept my pain manageable and office follow up was excellent!

OMG, Dr. Ganga is best bedside manner upbeat Doctor I ever met in years. Wow I haven’t said anything about the surgery. He was so nice for my initial appointment before surgery and day of surgery they had and unusual delay, but the wait was worth it. I am 6 weeks in from my accident date. My stitches are out and I am in a boot. I have no to very little swelling. My experience with Dr. Ganga really made my experience with a broken ankle a lot excellent. If you have broken bones call Dr. Ganga!!!

I broke and dislocated my ankle (May 10th, 2016). I was to see Dr. Ganga. I was so lucky to have been assigned such a wonderful doctor. The moment I met with him, I liked him. He was not rushed and answered any questions or concerns I had. He took his time talking with me and explained everything, regarding my (then) upcoming surgery. Not only is Dr. Ganga a great doctor, he is also really nice. He has such a great bedside manner. I would absolutely highly recommend Dr. Ganga.
