Always a great experience. Dr. Thompson definitely cares about her patients. Never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly and achieves the best customer service. Glad I found this place. Highly recommended!

Love Dr. Thompson! She has a great demeanor and is wonderful about involving me in the process of the eye exam. She explained everything she was seeing on my retinal scans and provided great advice on how to maximize my vision benefits. I used to be eye doctor-averse, but now I go for an annual checkup without fear.

Dr. Thompson is everything that others have praised her for on these reviews - a good listener, excellent with explanations, takes the time to get the right prescription and is just an excellent optometrist. It's truly a relief to have a doctor as competent and excellent as Dr. Thompson.

I believe this past visit was my 4th visit with Dr Thompson and I have been well satisfied with all of the visits. She is very thorough and her associates are also very thorough. Dr Thompson explains everything in a manner that I can understand. She also has told me that I should have cataract surgery after my next visit. I am thankful for that as I can prepare myself for that as I live alone and my only son lives deep in Mexico.

Very nice office, they have the newest technology for your eyeballs. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Thompson is great! Very professional and easy to understand. And focused on what I felt were the right things. I've had some other eye doctors who got off on tangents that weren't the most relevant to me or that made me feel uncomfortable in some way. I'm sending my husband to see her too & will recommend her to anyone.

Dr tTompson did a super job. I was a little disappointed the way the checkin handled the insurance and am not sure yet how stand. will cal our insurance company on Monday. I thought my charge was a little high compared to what my husband paid back in Feb.

Dr Thompson has been my eye doctor for several years. Her practice is wonder. The staff is fully train and has excellent customer servie. Dr Thompson always fully explains everything. I am fully confortable with her.

I love Dr. Thompson! She gives a very thorough exam, explains any new issues so that you understand and answers all of your questions. You can even email her with questions after your appointment and she responds to your email in a timely manner. She genuinely cares about her patients and is a wonderful eye doctor!

Always satisfied with my visits

Was frustrated by what seemed a long wait in the examining room especially when I was her first appointment of the day. I do understand she may have been reviewing some of the data from the various evaluative machines I had been at when I arrived. During our time together she was thorough and positive.

Dr. Thompson always makes plenty of time for a thorough exam and review of my eye health. Even though I’m closer to their Highlands Ranch office, I drive downtown to continue my care with Dr. Thompson which is in its fifth year with her and the friendly staff at Vision Care Specialists.

Dr Thompson is excellent. Very warm and informative. My appointment went by quickly with very little time waiting to be seen. Great experience overall.

Dr. Thompson is AMAZING. We love her. My parents, husband, and both of my children, as well as myself, all see her. I have been wearing contacts for 20 years. She is always willing to try new products etc, to find the best contacts for me. She is personable, and professional. I can't imagine seeing anyone else!

Fantastic personal client care and professional knowledge. Two years ago I was having major vision problems. Seeing double consistently at anything over 15’. I had stopped driving and most outside activities. Dr. Thompson suggested prisms to correct the affect of RK surgery I had in 1987. I had seen numerous experts and even had an MRI. no other doctor was gable to help me. Dr. Thompson’s suggestion to try prisms rescued me. I will be forever grateful.

I brought my 17 year old daughter (at the time) in to see Dr. Thompson last April. She was so friendly and explained everything she was doing to help my daughter in a manner in which a non-clinical person could understand. My daughter had a special image taken of her eyes and it showed that she has a freckle on her eye. There was nothing to be concerned about, but it is also something that needs to be watched over the years to make sure it doesn't change. A week or so after the appointment, we received a thank you card that was written personally by Dr. Thompson. I have never been sent a thank you card from a medical provider. This level of service and appreciation for our business speaks volumes about Dr. Thompson. I highly recommend her if you are looking for an Optomotrist.
