Dr Stone is Outstanding and attentive , explains things very well and makes you feel comfortable, she goes above and beyond to try to solve the issues presented. I would absolutely recommend her to family and friends .

Very caring and takes time at appointments . She includes me when making decisions regarding plans for my MS diagnosis. I have had MS for 9 years and have had 3 neurologists and Dr. Stone has definitely been the most knowledgeable.

I guess I should have done more research before I agreed to see her. According to this very website she's been employed at 3 different medical facilities since she started practicing medicine 7 years ago. Red flag. If you like your calls and MyChart messages to go unanswered, a Dr who doesn't pay attention to details and misprescribes your medicines, is condescending and immature, here she is.

Dr Stone was kind, thorough and smart. She has a wonderful, calming personality and I am so happy she is part of my team. I was a bit nervous after seeing some of the reviews, but I am so happy I met her. I think I am on the right track for some answers, or at least less worries. She made me feel very confident in her care and her expertise. And her bedside manner was wonderful. A+++++

Dr. Sarah Stone, MD has been an excellent provider. She is professional, knowledgeable and takes the time to address all my medical concerns. I am very happy to have found her as a provider.

My second appointment with Dr. Stone went really well,even better than the first visit. She is so educated and her concern for my health and well being is nice. Other doctors should take notes from her,if all Dr's were as professional and caring as Dr stone,it would be a much healthier community. I'm so lucky to have found her.

She was judgmental and incompetent. Thought everything was a psych issue and tole me to find someone to talk to. I think she has a personality disorder. Worst neurologist ever.

Had a terrible experience with this Dr. As my husband said after accompanying me to an appointment, "that is the most immature Dr I have ever met." Very unprofessional, does not return phone calls or My Chart communications promptly if at all. Writes incorrect things in chart notes and makes accusations that are completely unfounded. Does not listen.

I have neurological Lyme and Bartonella with confirmed diagnosis, CT scans, Brain scans, blood work etc. I was referred to a neurologist by ME Med ER and my PCP. I went to see Dr Stone at Maine Medical Neurology. I was presenting with seizure-like convulsions, tremors, shaking and very badly impaired speech. I brought all my test results. She examined me while I was having these symptoms and said she doesn’t believe in Lyme and she couldn’t find any neurological issues she was trained to treat. Then she asked me if I had some childhood or past trauma and asked if I needed a prescription for someone to talk to. $600 down the drain, a total waste energy that I didn’t have and zero help.
