I was very pleased with her "patient centric" attitude and professionalism. She was obviously knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about my problem. She answered all of my questions (even the ones I emailed her after I got home). I would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking this sort of specialist. If I were to have further issues of this type, I would most certainly seek her out. Five stars!
Met for a ear infection, did tell that I have been taking antibiotics from last 10 days.Itchy ears, Irritation and swelling on the ear canal and lower ear, with this initial detail she examined my ear. Came up with her own suspesion of a jaw/ tooth biting thoery, which was insane. the infection was initially in the drum which cropped in to the ear canal. swimmers ear drop helped me get rid of the pain and itichiness. Excellent doctor, very communicative, listened well. She performed a very long, major surgery on my family member and called frequently with updates until my family member was discharged. I was very impressed with the way she cared for this person and how very well the surgery went. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
She was excellent! She asked great questions and listened carefully. She thoroughly explained why I was having trouble and her suggestions were extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable and kind!
I would give zero stars if I could. She is one of the worst doctors I've ever seen. It was obvious she'd made up her mind before she ever talked with me. She recommended I not have Thyroid surgery because it was dangerous, and then told me I should have bariatric surgery, which can kill me. The worst thing is I felt discriminated against because of my weight. This doctor does not listen or seem to care--she couldn't wait to get out of the office after my 15 minutes were up.
