I appreciate the comprehensive analysis of my teeth and oral health even if the news is daunting. Sadly this is what often happens as we age but I feel I am in truly competent and compassionate hands with Dr. Roberts, Dr. Hahn and especially Shannon. I just called to this facility and I have a horrible experience, I was looking price for a CT Dental Scan for a wisdom teeth extraction and the lady “Shanon” told me why my surgeon didnt do this, I explained they don’t have the machine to do it, then she said you only need a dental panoramic, and I explained I already have it, but I need the CT Scan because my wisdom teeth is too close to a nerve. BEWARE OF BUSINESS PRACTICES OUT OF NETWORK WITH ALL DENTAL PLANS - was told "we accept that insurance" but they mean they accept everything and are in network with no-one - had huge out of network costs !!

I have to agree with Valerie Willis. I went in for one issue and they focused on another. Not to mention the fact that I took time off to go to the dentist and the first visit was only a tour of the office (waste of my time). Months went by and I started having tooth pain in another tooth. Turns out I had two abscess teeth (one being the original I went in for). I didn't feel like I was treated for the pain properly. After all the money I have paid your group, you now have destroyed my records. To anyone reading these reviews please look for photos that I have posted of some payments I made to Crabapple, please note they have 2 offices but the dentist is the exact same person. Crabapple dental has to be compensating people for their positive reviews or the staff is creating the positive reviews themselves. This dental office is not concerned with the health of your teeth but the money your teeth can contribute to their bank accounts. I trusted their office and believed that they had my best interest in mind when they decided my dental plan. They rob me of $15,000 cash plus the amount they received from my insurance company. Their sense of urgency is not an emergency, please do your research and seek out another dental office. My teeth look horrible and my situation is exactly the same as it was when I first went to Crab.minus the $15,000. I would be very cautious this using this dental office. I recently switched to Dr Roberts as my previous dentist of 30+ years retired and I'm sure glad I did. Dr Roberts identified tons of issues that needed addressing. She's already done work and its been a great experience. She took a lot of pictures and took the time to explain what condition my teeth were in. During the procedure she made sure I was comfortable and explained what she was doing every step of the way. She even did some work that was unplanned and was able to put in my permanent tooth savings me another trip. She seems very thorough and upto date on the latest technology. I've been going to Crabapple dental for many years and I can honestly say Dr. Roberts and her team are by far the best. It's hard to find a good dentist that takes the time to get to know you and truly cares about your health. I knew Dr. Roberts was special when she filled a few cavities for me, then called me later that night to make sure I was ok. I feel at home when I'm there and they always treat me so well. Kelly is so wonderful! She takes her time and makes going to the dentist an easy task. I never stress about going because I know she'll take care of me. Dr Roberts and her staff always go the extra mile for their clients. I can't say it's ever really fun to go to the dentist, but she's outstanding and really cares about helping you have a heathy mouth, not just pretty teeth.

Service was fine and doctor was nice, except they made me pay before the denist would ever touch me, and I am not just talking co-pay... 400+ dollars. Service went fine, then two months later I get a bill from the office looking for more money! Come to find out even though they took my insurance, they billed two times more then they should have according to my insurance company. I tried to call the office and figure this out and the lady I spoke with didn't really care. According to her, their charges were fine for their area, and so were their extra fees she kept telling me about, but she wouldn't tell me what the extra fees were, she actually tried to tell me my insurance company may have added fees. Funny she said their charges were inline for their area, I called two other dentists around this clinic and they both quoted me less then this doctor... I am terrified of dentists and have been since I was a child. Recently, I had an excruciating toothache and had to get help---procrastination was not an option. I conducted extensive research and repeatedly Dr. Roberts name came up as an awarding winning dentist. So I took a chance and showed up at her office unannounced and in extreme pain. Heather welcomed me at the door with a smile and from there, Shannon and Dr. Roberts managed to melt my phobia through gentle assurance and support. In short, they built my trust by not being condescending about my extreme dental phobia. Together we came up with a proactive plan that included having my dental work done under sedation. The exam was very comprehensive including lots of xrays and a cancer screening. You can tell she loves what she does and cares about her patients. My hygienist was just as superb! We have been patients at Crabapple Dental for 6 years!!! We loved our previous dentists in Dawsonville but when we moved back, we needed to find someone in the Milton area. Most people know I am VERY thorough whether it be researching a dentist, contractor or planning a vacation. Dr. Sarah Roberts and her practice ticked all the boxes for me and my family. State of the art facilities with the most comprehensive care available in the area IMO! Her office is bright, modern and comfortable. From her front receptionist Heather to her employees and hygienists...they are all friendly, professional and supportive and have been with her for many years which says a lot regarding job satisfaction. Dr. Roberts is very knowledgeable and I love how meticulous she is regarding her work. She has done a great deal of work replacing my old metal fillings and doing restorations with crowns when needed. She has personally followed up by calling me after big procedures to see how I am doing and honestly cares about her patients. Dental care is not cheap but I love knowing that when I see her, she is going to make sure things are done properly the first time around! I have been a patient of Dr. Roberts since she started her practice and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. From the moment you meet Heather at the front desk you immediately feel at ease. You can always tell a lot about an office by the first person you meet at the door. I have always been nervous going to the dentist but I actually feel relaxed. My dental hygienist is Debbie and she is friendly and explains everything she is doing.
