We went to this office (our second time) knowing that insurance would not cover any infertility. We were told that we would be self-pay and would pay for services at the time of service. My wife made a payment at every appointment with the understanding that we were self-pay and what she paid would be our payment for the appointment (again, we had zero issues with this in the past). Fast forward an entire year and we receive a bill right before Christmas for thousands of dollars. I call the billing department, they tell me that they billed insurance and it took insurance almost a year to the day to respond. I call my insurance company to find out that the information provided by Wash U Billing is false. Insurance responded to the bill almost 10 months before Wash U sent us a bill stating insurance rejected the claim (which again....we already knew they would). Let this serve as a warning for anyone that utilizes services by Dr. Kellers office or Washington University, get everything in writing that you will be paying for and save all your paperwork. Dr Keller is very straight forward, personable and also very positive. She always felt confident that we were going to have a baby (and we did, 2!) and that put me at ease. I felt like my care was very personalized and I never felt rushed during appointments. She referred me to many specialists in the Wash U network to better formulate a plan for my condition. I really like that Wash U fertility doctors all meet weekly and discuss cases so it’s like you have a whole team of doctors in your corner. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Keller and Wash U.

Dr. Keller is experienced and knowledgeable but has terrible bedside manner. If you are going through fertility issues and need a sensitive doctor, do not go to her. She was the surgeon that performed my egg retrieval and was so rude when I had an emotional moment that I was afraid to ask her any questions or show any emotion. Infertility is an incredibly difficult thing to deal with, and any doctor in this field should be empathetic

Dr. Keller is thorough, warm, gentle, and very informative.

Worst "Dr " I ever saw in my entire life! She made me suffer in pain and get tests I could not pay deductible on for almost a year! Would not change medication to a combination of something that would actually work unless I did what she said. I had RA for over 20 years and was treated like I was lying about symptoms! Horrible! I love Dr. Keller. She is so warm and down to earth. I'd definitely recommend her.

I have seen Dr. Keller for multiple pregnancies and have the utmost respect and appreciation for her and her entire team. She is an excellent doctor and takes a genuine interest in her patients.

Overall Dr. Keller is a GREAT doctor. I am in the process of donating my eggs to my sister. Dr. Keller has always been there when we needed a question answered and has a timly manner of calling you back when you leave a voice message. I highly recommend her!
