Dr. Sarah Abbie Collins

I've had urinary issues my entire life but something changed for the worse & I was referred to Dr Sarah Collin. Virtual meeting was okay-ish. She didn't seem to be interested in listening, only in talking. In person visit was BAD. She didn't let me speak & when I did, she was not listening. I could tell she was scanning my words to rush through. I advocated for myself & repeated that I have had numerous infections in the past year. She then asked why I was even there (with her). I was dumbfounded. She said 'You need to be with a urologist'. I mentioned a few concerns I still had and she told me about a test & said, 'But if you're not going to do the surgery, it doesn't make sense for me to order the test.' Zero patient education, dangling a test order above my head without even an explanation as to what she was even talking about or possible outcomes AND looking for a verbal commitment to a surgery that also had zero explanation. I would never recommend.

Excellent Dr

This Urogynecologist is the worst my wife has ever had to see. She is unprofessional, rude and painful when she does procedures. And her APRN is just as bad. She was treating my wife for an overactive bladder. She decided against 3 of the 4 possible solutions to overactive bladder and used injections. When she did this, she did it in a manner that was very painful and lead to further medical problems for my wife.

Dr Collins didn’t see me even though my appointment was with her .someone sent someone else in . She didn’t introduce herself I didn’t see who she was just that she cane in said hello and did the exam her name tag was turned over so I don’t ever Know her name after I shared my pain and issuesshe left and then Dr Collins cane in an explained things but didn’t exam me at all . Didn’t listen and dismissed it . I’m in pain badly l The Dr cane in after I explained my issue to this other care provider and asked about what tests could be done and she dismissed it to UTI test and didn’t listen to my symptoms and exam me .it hurt badly as I am already in pain . I left feeling worse after .

Not thorough. Does not seem to care about patients.

Did not listen to me at all, sloppy during exam, overbearing with no empathy. She insisted I needed physical therapy and I was not a surgical candidate. It just so happens one of her interests is to study how physical therapy effects pelvic floor function. Don't waste your time or money on this lady. She also lies in her notes and modifies electronic records to cover her mistakes and lies. In my opinion, she needs more training in social skills and female anatomy. I am so glad she did not operate on me. She obviously does not know what she is doing at all.

Dr. Collins could not have been better or kinder. She listened to 15 yrs of history, did not hurry me, gave thorough responses, referred me to wonderful additional specialists and when I had an emergency recently, her team had me in within less than 24 hrs. I have never been a straight forward case but she made it seem like we would have many options along the way to have this stop impacting my life - exactly what I hope to achieve.

Dr. Collins listened to my concerns. Explained in detail what my choices were to correct my prolapse bladder an rectum. After my surgery the pain I had was controlled by the meds that were ordered for me. She cares about you as a woman.I highly recommend Dr. Collins.

This woman is the most unsympathetic doctor I have ever met. She did not listen to my claims about my body and my pain due to bladder mesh. She insisted I had pelvic floor dysfunction and told me to go home and take ibuprofen for the most severe pain I have ever had in my life. I was hysterical and crying and she walked out of the room so as to not deal with me at all. I found a doctor who listened to, removed the mesh, and with 24 hours, I am completely off pain meds and feel like a new.
