Dr. Rippel is super nice and understanding.

They really make you feel like family.

Great experience! Very thorough and put me at ease.

Dr Rippel and her staff were very friendly and explained everything so my son would understand what tests they were running and why she was running them.

This doctor came in the room and did not ask questions about what my child was experiencing. She just started telling my mother and I what she will not do. Told me to have my child stop drinking juice. Then would not listen to us when we were trying to explain to her what was going on with him. Kept telling us she needed to get to another patient. We felt rushed and like she didn’t care. We walked out to f the appointment and are looking for a different pediatric GI for my son.

The staff and everyone were super friendly.

Everyone here is super friendly, they made my little girl feel extremely comfortable and we had almost no wait time!!! Excellent care!

We enjoyed meeting for the first time. She addressed our concerns and made us feel welcome and that she had our best interest at heart!!

The staff in the pediatric unit was very nice. Very helpful and very informative. The doctor listened and asked questions to get to root of the issue for my baby girl. I didn’t feel rushed at all .

Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr.Rippel is and awesome dr and doess everything to figure out what's going on.

Dr. Rippel was very kind, knowledgeable and informative regarding my child’s diagnosis and treatment plan. She’s an excellent doctor!!!

We had to bring my 11 year old son in for a consultation and Dr. Rippel and all the staff were so kind and had everything done in a very timely and organized manner. Every member of the staff knew exactly what was going on and did it all efficiently. We were very impressed. I would recommend them to any of my friends.

We love Dr. Rippel! The G.I. Associates office are amazing. The staff, nurses and doctors are great..if you ever need a pediatric GI doctor this is the one to go see.

She is a great doctor. Dr. Rippel is a very caring and passionate doctor who cares bout her patients.

Dr. Ripple did a great job diagnosing my daughter! Her hands-on approach meant so much to me. She was personable, extremely friendly, and explained things in a way that was understandable. Her nursing staff were awesome as well!

Dr. Rippel is always very nice and takes the time to talk to us about the care we need for him. I would recommend her to anyone and I have!

Amazing top notch and compassionate care!!!!!

We absolutely love Dr Ripple. She has an outstanding bedside manner and genuinely cares for her patients.

Doctor Rippel was very kind and took the time to make sure my autistic daughter was very comfortable with her. We live over an hour away and I am more than happy to make that drive again if needed.

Dr. Rippel is a compassionate and knowledgeable physician. She ensure collaboration between other team members to deliver exceptional care. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Rippel was so kind to my son and very thorough. We would recommend her.

We have been seeing Dr. Ripple for several years and my son is scared to death to go to the doctor but he absolutely loves Dr. Ripple. If I say we are going there he is ready to go! We absolutely love her.

I felt like I wasn't heard. Everything I said was in one ear and out the other. She was telling me I could add dairy into my diet when I know that my baby struggles with dairy. She told me I probably shouldn't do baby food. That he was a little young. When really its recommended to start solids between 4-6 months. And he's been pooping regularly for the first time in his life since being on solids. Her nurse was not understanding when I needed to ask her one more question. I was told, she'll be atleast a half hour. And that was it. No give and no sympathy. My little guy has been struggling with gas and gi stuff since birth. He's 5 months. She ordered a study that can't be done for another month and she wants to do a follow up for November. So if nothing comes from the test... We're still in the same place. No answers. Good thing I have good insurance and a small copay or else I would be ticked. I would recommend going somewhere else. I felt like I wasn't heard. Everything I said was in one ear and out the other. De. Rippel is a fantastic doctor. She is very patient, kind and knowledgeable. She takes her time and answers not only the parent’s questions but the child’s questions as well. I highly recommend this physician!!

She was absolutely wonderful and made my daughter feel very relaxed and comfortable. My daughter feels so much better now thanks to her!

Dr Rippel referred us to another doctor a year ago. She stated that day that she didn’t want to see our child, a short bowel patient, again until we addressed the chronic problems with the doctor that she referred us to. We have been following up with them for a year now...traveling five times to Birmingham for visits, the last being just last week. We had an acute issue come up and made an appointment with Dr Rippel. Not only did she brush off and not address the problem, she treated us like we were drug seekers/doctor hoppers. She insisted that we chose between the doctor that she referred us to and her. She stated it several times in clinic and then wrote it in her discharge notes. Then had her nurse come in and read it to us again. There was no problem finding it because she also hi-lighted it. We get the picture Dr Rippel, and there’s no problem here. We will choose ANYONE but you. I don’t need a doctor who obviously just wants to treat kids with easy GI problems.

Racist doctors have no business in the medical field and Dr. Rippel is just that, RACIST!

DR. RIPPLE IS WONDERFUL, MY DAUGHTER SUFFERED FROM SEVERE ABDOMINAL PAIN FOR 6 WEEKS. DR RIPPLE RAN LOTS OF TEST AND WE GOT SOME ANSWERS! THE CLINIC WAS WELL ORGANIZED AND A VERY FRIENDLY STAFF.
