Dr. Sapna S. Rathi

Long story short, Complete nightmare. First day after she told me that she trusts nobody I should have walked out the door. The billing department…Wow! He lies constantly. Every appointment it was something else. I only gave one star is because I wanted to leave a review and warn people.

She not only handles the pain at large but also does routine stuff and takes care of your overall health. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Rathi is an amazing doctor! She has helped me in so many ways manage my medical issues and understand the reason behind why I have them. She also had me get a few MRIs and after getting the results I understand so much more about my medical condition. She does therapy in so many ways- she gave me a TENS unit that I LOVE, braces for my back, wrists, and neck. She will give you instructions on how to do stretches that help me a lot! Heating pads are also great. She is very kind, understanding, and generous. I’m just so grateful that I could find a doctor who truly cares about their patients well-being and happiness. She is a smart and compassionate physician who truly cares.

Although I had to wait a couple times I love her so much and would be in so much pain without her. Don’t ever lie to her. She is strict and amazing.

She is an amazing Doctor. I have been in so much pain for such a long time, and she was able to find a way to manage my pain so I can lead a more productive life. Dr. Rathi I owe you so much words are not enough to say thank you!

Dr. Rathi is a wonderful and dedicated physician. She always goes the extra mile and so ends as much time as a patient needs.

The worst

Bills for appt which do not exist by randomly calling patient and then billing for that and not telling them. Charges for using a credit card but office doesn’t give change for cash

Comes in 1 hr Late, requires fee to use/ accept credit Even though has no change for cash!, charges for cancelled visits cancelled days ago by randomly calling patients and billing the Patient for the call even though patient had cancelled weeks ago.

I can believe the other reviews posted are correct. She seems to be a competent doctor. However - my review is based on the wait time. I must have waited over 2 hours in her office to see her. Each time I got up and mentioned rescheduling, I was told she is just about done. Another hour passed until I saw her. At that time - I really had to go and really wasted my time in the appointment since I was so late for something else scheduled. If you want to see her, plan on almost a whole day.

DR RATHI IS VERY EMPATHETIC AND FOUND THE MEDICAL PROBLEMS THAT HAVE BEEN BOTHERING ME FOR YEARS. SHE USES BRACES, PHYSICAL THERAPY AND ORDERS BLOOD WORK. SHE IS ON TOP OF GETTING THE PATIENT TO FEEL BETTER PHYSICALLY.

Can't say enough about her compassion and care. Glad I foundd her

Went to Rarhinthe other day and she spent a lot if time with me getting to know me. And me meds helped with all of my issues.

She Canceled my first appointment withe her a day before after waiting a little over a week and a half in pain. Quite dishonorable to not honor a set appointment. I would recommend seeing another neurologist if this type of behavior is the norm for her

I've been seeing Dr. Rathi for over seven-eight years she has helped me a lot I am able to work full time and full Duty I have avoided all surgeries I'm able to live my life.

I think she's excellent and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be working

Basically she's saved my life and I can actually function and take care of my daughters I can sleep now The easiest tasks were so difficult for me to do around the house like driving and I can do all of those things now and take care of myself and my family I can get out of bed in the morning and I am even thinking about going back to work

The best experience I've ever had since my surgery and coma since Aug 2007. I recommend her highly.

Excellent doctor, I have been seeing dr. Rathi for almost 8 years now, and I have had nothing but exceptional care and treatment. Without her treatment and care, I would be living daily with unnecessary pain in relation to my disease.

I have nothing but good things to say and she's helped me very much I'm able to take care of my daughter and myself and I have a better quality of life

I've been seeing Dr. Rathi for over 15 years and doing well and have not had any surgeries and my pain is well-controlled. And she has been able to help me and lots of other ways also.
