Parents beware! Every time my daughter has an appointment we have to wait at least 1 - 1 1/2 hours just to be seen. Your appointment time means nothing. There is complete disregard to the fact that a working parent has to take time off from work and your child has to miss school so you can just sit around and wait and wait and wait!!!! I would be understanding if this was a once in a while incident, but it’s not. It happens every single time. It has also been quite impossible to get a call returned just to schedule an appointment to begin with. I had to call 4 times before I even got a call back. My daughter was seen for a sleep study and once it was done there was no follow up with results either. I had to call a few times before I could speak to anyone to get the results. This took months. A very bad doctor who doesn't listen to the patient and just lets patient accept his treatment.Send the patient away as if in a hurry.
