My trimalleor fracture was more painful than giving birth. I had a lot of swelling and it was hard for me to comprehend how bad this injury was. Comparing to other recoveries I’ve seen online, I’m doing really well! (especially for having withdrawal from a post surgery medication and Covid causing me to miss a lot of physical therapy) I am glad to walk again. Mehta is a really busy doctor and very good at what he does. Looks at a problem, fixes it and I think he takes pride in his work. I went back to the emergency room twice because of concerns for swelling and every doctor and nurse saw my stitches and said it looked great! It’s hard to accept when you can’t walk yet and the road to recovery is scary. My injury took place on 10/15 and it is 12/16. Two months later I’m walking with a cane occasionally. Impossible to get them to pick up the phone I waited 45 minutes for them to tell me call back later????

Excellent surgeon. Was in a bit of a hurry when in his office for evaluation before surgery but answered every question I had.

Wow! I just watched Skateboard Girl and I thought of you. Ty for being 1/2surgeons to do my hip surgery. I really appreciate how long it's lasted. Still going strong. I'm so glad for all drs.

Dr Mehta along with his staff (Especially Keisha) have been absolutely amazing. I had an accident 4 years ago and he done my THR then. Found out 4 months ago my socket needs replaced. He will be doing that in a couple days I know that everything will go well as it always has with Dr Mehta. I broke my leg very badly when I was 18. Broken tibia and fibula with compartment syndrome and a torn calf muscle. My local Dr wanted to amputate above the knee...but I refused and was transferred to Grant Hospital where I met Dr Mehta. He very simply said "Dont Worry I'll Fix You". 22 Surgeries Later Due To 2 different infections. I was put back together and released. It's been 14 years since I seen the doc but I'm walking and still going strong thanks to Dr. Mehta. I broke my leg very badly when I was 18. Dr. Mehta did a great job on my surgery. He seems to be very busy every time I see him so we haven't got to talk that much. He did answer any questions I had, just don't expect long conversations with him. This didn't bother me at all, I just needed a good surgeon and he was certainly that. Dr. Mehta was incredible during my surgery 2 years ago. He was incredibly thorough with explanation and procedure while being very compassionate.
