I absolutely love Dr Gupta. He has really done wonders for my lower back. Without him, I would most likely have had to get surgery which I don't want. I get my injections every month or longer and it's been a life saver. Dr Gupta is a very caring and friendly Dr. He just wants the best for you. Definitely recommend him.

I scheduled a visit the week of August 5th. Called to confirm & was told that the apt was cancelled due to a family emergency. I was in excruciating pain and was told I could be seen the next week at a different location. When I arrived at 10a.m. I was not seen until almost 90 minutes. The office was extremely unsanitary. I was told to sit on a table without the proper covering. While I waited, the doctor took phone calls in between every patient. An MRI was prescribed, however the script was written incorrectly three times. The authorization sent to my insurance company was also incorrect. Despite several attempts to rectify this issue, sadly it was not resolved as the doctor went on vacation and the office closed early. I spent over 4 hours waiting for an MRI that could not be conducted because the script was incorrect.

Brought my mom to this location for a 9am appointment. He called and Told his receptionist that he would be 1/2 hr late. It’s now 10 am and still isn’t here. There’s about 10 ppl waiting and few of them are mentioning that he does this all the time and sometimes doesn’t show up at all. This is very unprofessional.

There are great workers they're very polite and nice very well respected dr. Gupta is very nice understands everything you tell him and does his best to make you feel at ease I am so glad that I finally found a pain doctor and he is an awesome one I would recommend dr. Gupta to anybody.... Steph

Dr Gupta is a phenomenal doctor! However his staff is horrible and unprofessional. I called twice to refill a prescription. A week later the prescription wasent filled, the second time I called the receptionist asked me for the same exact information I gave the first time and then hung up and sent me to the after hour voicemail and the office was still open. Then she called the next day and asked for the information I gave during the 1st , and 2 call. Horrible horrible service!
