This office will not give out me the measured Pupil Distance from my previous eye exam. This is absurd, as it is supposed to be on the prescription. I have never had an office refuse this!!!! I would’ve been a long term patient, instead, I will never return. Poor management!!!
I purchase glasses they failed to give me a prescription by law when I left after the examination they dilated my eyes they failed to give me something to cover my eyes while driving.
Office lacks professionalism. Small selection of frames, staff's whole demeanor is that they are doing YOU a favor by allowing you to enter there office. Follow up is horrible, I had to call them to find out my glasses had arrived days earlier. Do yourself a solid and google search for another place.
