Incredibly invalidating psychologist. Frightening experience.

Received emails late at night, 9 pm the service provider called on a Sunday to confirm the appointment and we talked about the need to reschedule. She said to call in on Monday and they would find another appointment. Saturday Her email was “ I am writing to remind you of the upcoming appointment on Wednesday afternoon. If you have any questions, please write, or if you need to change this appt., let me know. Otherwise, I look forward to meeting with you and your son Wednesday afternoon.” Her call on Sunday 11am followed this email sent at 930 pm Saturday. When I called to reschedule the appointment, I was told that they are currently not reschedule and then we would need to talk to the provider. so I emailed the provider in the provider responded that the appointment was canceled less than 72 hours. We had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon of Wednesday and we told her on Sunday that we would need to reschedule to which she acknowledged and directed us to call in to reschedule. However, now she refuses to reschedule the appointment stating that their policy says that you must cancel at least 72 hours in advance to which we did. I would not recommend this provider. I had several concerns regarding her comments and lack of understanding to our needs. I would highly recommend finding someone different as this provider definitely is not working in the best interest of her clients.

Biased. Stay away.
