Front office staff is terrible, they ignore you and it's impossible to get them on the phone. Doctor only cares about moving people in and out for allergy shots. Told me she couldn't help me anymore because I called the office 3 times this year with questions and they don't have the staff to deal with that. Unbelievable. It's a factory, not a doctor's office. Avoid this place like the plague!

Dr. Desai was very attentive and helpful to explain my testing and results. Lisa was also very thorough in explaining the process of allergy testing. The entire office staff was friendly and efficient.

After a few appointments for allergy shots (both arms), I had a reaction in the waiting room. We tried several approaches to manage increases in dosage and finally decided to increase one extract for six months and then increase the second extract for six months. With this approach I have reached a much greater level of extract on maintenance than originally anticipated. This has given me a much better quality of life since I am less reactive to allergens and able to do more.

Dr. Desai is extremely passionate about her job and articulates clearly what the symptoms are. I will absolutely come back to see her for a follow-up.

My husband recommended Dr. Desai since she is the doctor who has seen my son. I had a "mysterious" rash that a dermatologist simply said was an "allergy." Dr. Desai listened to me, asked me to send my photos to my patient file, and did research during my skin testing to help me develop a plan of action to prevent this type of skin reaction from happening in the future.

Dr. Desai is amazing. She has been treating myself as well as my 2 children for years. She has always taken the time to listen to me as well as the kids on their concerns. Not many doctors put so much time and energy into their patients....Dr. Desai gives you her all.
